Neil 7ed23199a5 refactor(orcad-migration): migration source abstraction, capability-gated source.kind, path-rewrite stage (WSL-via-orcad D0) (#27790 )

* test(orcad-migration): pin the SSH manifest digest before the source abstraction

* feat(orcad-migration): capability-gated source.kind discriminator, SSH wire unchanged

* refactor(orcad-migration): MigrationSource abstraction with SSH relay as the only source; table-driven path-rewrite stage (identity for SSH)

* fix(orcad-migration): name the wire source type

* chore(orcad-migration): exhaustive path-kind switch; no test assertion

* test(ssh): run the relay migration source's SQLite test in the Node runtime project

* perf(orcad-migration): rename record keys in linear time and skip the walk for the identity

SSH exports run the path-rewrite stage on every stage and commit check; re-reading Object.keys per entry made a 10k-key record cost seconds on the main thread.
