Coordinators previously had to poll `check --wait` for worker_done, escalation, and decision_gate messages. Push these directly into a working agent's PTY via a bracketed-paste wake submit, with waiter deduplication, in-flight serialization, and safety checks (foreground process, permission-state) to avoid double delivery or unsafe submits. Also persist the dispatching coordinator on dispatch contexts so a worker crash escalates even without an active automated coordinator run, and update the orchestration skill/reliability-gate docs to match.
