* fix(preflight): skip probing agents disabled in Settings
Background worktree-startup detection now passes settings.disabledTuiAgents
(which it already held for agent selection) into detectInstalledAgents, so
disabled agents are neither probed nor reported. The preflight:detectAgents
and preflight:refreshAgents handlers keep probing every agent so Settings →
Agents still reports real install status.
