Neil 1e4d65ea51 ci: path-literal check scans live gate references; historical gate commands move to currentCommand (#30252) ...

Gate evidence prose and evidence runs record what ran then, so the check reads only each gate's
commands and test files (baseline 53 -> 14). Four evidence-pinned historical commands that named
deleted tests are removed from their gates' commands and their runs point at the successor via
currentCommand, the manifest's existing mechanism. One live command drops a deleted updater test.
The managed-SSH catch-all route is renamed remote-sources and its test joins the route contracts.
