Keep same-name projects short across execution hosts and show their machine beside host-owned headers, including when collapsed. Reuse existing host identities and filtered section membership; retain global ownership for shared projects.

Includes tooltip, narrow-sidebar, alias and filtering regression fixes with visual proof in the PR.
