* fix(native-chat): clicking Send or Stop keeps focus in the composer

A click focused the Send/Stop button; when it disabled (empty draft after the
turn, or while a Stop is in flight) Chromium dropped focus to <body>. A pointer
press on it no longer moves focus, matching Enter. Adds an e2e regression with
a turn-capable Claude stub. Fixes STA-10897.
