* Keep disabled delete worktree option for primary checkouts

Primary checkout rows cannot be removed via git-worktree. To maintain
visual parity with non-primary cards, this keeps a disabled "Delete
Worktree" option in the context menu alongside the active "Remove
Project" action.

* Wrap disabled delete worktree menu item in a Tooltip

Replace the native title attribute with a Tooltip component. This ensures
that the explanation for why the primary worktree cannot be deleted is
reliably displayed when hovering over the disabled menu item.
