* fix(computer-use): clean up completed permission helpers asynchronously

Stop the helper belonging to each finished status check without waiting
for a process scan on the main thread. Keep concurrent probes, setup
prompts and agent helpers running.

Adapted from #22451; fixes the cleanup gap reported in #22436.
