* fix(terminal): a pane main first sees at its binding goes where the window split it (dark, layout-owner build only)

* fix(terminal): keep main's divider positions when taking the window's split tree

* test(terminal): main's divider above the window's new split is kept

* ci: the layout-owner switch-on job runs the hidden-terminal load spec that caught the split graft

* test(terminal): type the side-by-side fixture as a split so ratio spreads typecheck
