Neil 2c0c6ac0c4 docs: stop promising cross-worktree split panes and Shift-Enter split in Jump Palette (#33902) ...

Panes are scoped to a single worktree and the Jump Palette has no
Shift-Enter handler, so replace those promises with the real flow:
watch sidebar status indicators and jump between worktrees with
Cmd-J (macOS) / Ctrl-Shift-J (Windows / Linux).
