* fix(native-chat): say why Claude refused to start a chat, including Full access as root

Claude Code exits before initialize when Full access (--dangerously-skip-permissions)
meets a root uid, which is common on SSH hosts. Orca reported only that Claude
stopped before it finished starting, and retried four times. Classify that refusal
as fullAccessAsRoot with a next step, and show the CLI's own startup words behind
Details on the failure row and on the unsent message.
