* fix(runtime): worktree removal from the CLI, a paired client or a headless host prunes the scan snapshots and label routes too

The desktop IPC removal dropped localhost label routes and pruned the persisted
cleanup and space-analysis scan snapshots; the runtime removal did neither, so a
worktree removed through the runtime could reappear in those snapshots. Both
paths now call one shared cleanup.
