* fix(mobile): clear terminal output only after the computer accepts Clear
The phone erased its terminal before sending terminal.clearBuffer and
reported success on any reply, refusal included. Wait for the host's
{ clear: { cleared: true } } reply, fail immediately when disconnected so
the request cannot replay after reconnect, ignore late replies after the
client or terminal changed, and resubscribe a subscribed terminal so its
snapshot (including output that arrived during the request) replaces the
old screen. An unsubscribed tab draws its snapshot when it next subscribes.

The WebView handle is rebuilt on every render and a relay/direct cutover
bumps the connection generation without changing the host, so both
checks treated accepted clears as stale: the phone neither reloaded the
output nor showed a toast. Only a replaced client is stale now.
