Brennan Benson bef74dac25 refactor(runtime): keep the inspection type with the function in the leaf module ...

The extracted store-free module imported its own return type back out of
runtime-terminal-inspection.ts, the store-coupled module it was split from. The
value cycle was broken but the layering read backwards, and a later change that
turned that type import into a value import would have silently reintroduced the
store->runtime->store cycle the split exists to prevent.

Define the type in the leaf and re-export it from the old module so the existing
callers keep their import site.
