Neil 929dededc5 test(e2e): give the ACK-backpressured typing scenario the under-load timer-drift budget (#30968) ...

The main-pressure scenario holds background PTYs behind the ACK gate on
purpose, but it passed the unloaded 250ms drift budget while every other
under-load scenario uses 3.5s. Two unrelated PRs failed it today at
252ms. The 75ms median key-latency check still guards responsiveness.
