Explain how a kernel driver that retains exited processes drains RAM on
Windows, how to spot it (PID range, RAMMap Page Table), the known AMD
amdkmdag.sys cause with tested driver versions, and that only Restart
reclaims the memory when Fast Startup is enabled.
