Jinjing 76b09686eb fix(e2e): repair test failures with relay build and fixture updates ...

SSH E2E tests require the relay bundle in the packaged app. Multiple orchestration fixtures now emit the prompt-render marker for settled prompt delivery. The emoji picker test locator is updated to handle the palette's rendered structure.
