* fix(native-chat): keep chats stopped by a delivered kill readable after a downgrade

v1.4.244 accepts only three death kinds and sets aside any other record,
so a chat Stop force-killed (exit never observed) vanished after a
downgrade. Store the delivered kill as the absent pid an older build's
restart probe would itself record, plus an exact marker this build reads
back; in-memory code still sees kill-delivered.

* test(native-chat): explain release-checkout timeout

* test(native-chat): cover downgrade recovery and workspace rekeying

* test(native-chat): preserve checked record types at test boundaries
