- Add performance.now()-based startup milestone logging across main-process hot paths (agent detection, persistence writes, session patches, updater setup, hook installers) to pinpoint slow phases during boot. - Replace per-command which/where subprocess spawns with a single bulk filesystem scan (resolveCliCommands) for local agent CLI detection, cutting main-thread blocking on cold launch. - Defer CommentMarkdown and LinearAgentSkillSetupDialog behind lazy imports so xterm/Markdown engines load only when actually needed, not at startup. - Extend the startup benchmark harness to model workspaces, tab groups, and mixed tab content types for more representative restore-time fixtures.
