NeilandClaude e208c4712a perf(wsl-host): open the stdio bridge without re-probing the distro's platform (#31508) ...

A WSL distro is always a POSIX host and its deploy already detected Linux, so
the bridge skips the second uname round trip (100-150 ms per connect). SSH hosts
still probe exactly as before.
