* fix(mobile): release retired route storage mirrors

* fix(mobile): keep route hydration through unrelated writes and route changes

Stamp writes per owned key so an unrelated write no longer voids a cold
route's hydration into host-profile-unreadable, and retain the next
route's keys before releasing the previous route's so shared host-wide
keys stay mirrored.
