Neil c2a96491bd chore(wsl-mover): pre-landing cleanup for the dark landing ...

- Strip the verify-only spawn-origin and cold-restore-screen logging and the
  per-pane process warning.
- Read a pane's stored scrollback from its host only for WSL hosts; SSH and
  paired-server tabs no longer hold for a placeholder or ask their host.
- Limit the ambiguous-owner refusal to WSL moves; SSH conversions match as
  before.
- Drop the duplicate split-tab launch check (main fixed it in the projection,
  #32418).
- Reword comments that cited internal verify runs.
