The coalesced OSC+DA1 payload is declined to the host's own write path, and
terminal-query-reply.test.ts already pins that as a known limitation, so the
record's coalesced-ordering claim had no test behind it. Record the boundary
instead. The tear note overstated too: a between-queries tear is weaker, not
vacuous — it reds on holds that outlive the inter-chunk gap. Build the reply
handler deps structurally, as the test 60 lines up already does.
