Neil fba3af0b48 docs(ssh): describe the orcad connect path without the removed relay (#31651 )

Comments and one log line still said a host falls back to the relay, keeps
the pinned-relay ladder, or shares code with the relay's spawn and install
paths. No relay client exists; an unserved host fails its connect with a
reason, and the legacy bridge only keeps old relay terminals alive.
