* fix(mobile): stop rewriting the cached manifest on a same-build hit
A same-build cache hit rewrote manifest.json (write next, delete, move)
while the native view was reading it. A read inside the gap reported
generation-unreadable, which discarded the cache and redownloaded the
same build. A matching build id now writes nothing to the generation
directory; the fresh routes still apply to the current session.
* refactor(mobile): drop code the manifest rewrite left behind
Opens a same-build hit straight from session.cached, folds the manifest
file name and parser back into the generation store, removes the unused
moveFile adapter and fake hooks, and trims tests that passed on main.
