fix(mailbox): rebuild cache with early mailbox availability and error handling
...
- Batch insert remote mailboxes before full synchronization so that
mailbox metadata is queryable as soon as possible.
- If synchronization of a mailbox fails, remove it to prevent
stale or inconsistent local data.
