- Prepare for v1.19.0 release. Upgraded MSRV to 1.74
- "default" build feature now contains only basic shadowsocks features
(BREAKING)
- Add "full" build feature for all suggested features

Older version was using log4rs as logging subscriber, which doesn't
support tracing outputs.

feat: support tracing in default logging output (console)
...
Some depended libraries supports "tracing" structured logs, for example:
tokio, hickory-dns. They don't use "log" framework to emit logs, so
log4rs won't be able to receive those debugging informations.
Current implementation rely on a tracing subscriber called trace4rs,
which has mostly the same configuration interface like log4rs, but still
missing many features comparing with log4rs.

trust-dns setsockopt with outbound socket configs
...
Outbound configurations, like outbound-fwmark, outbound-bind-interface,
outbound-bind-addr, ... will also applies to the TCP/UDP
sockets created by trust-dns DNS resolver.
NOTE: On Android platform, DNS sockets will also be protected.

It is Ok to run sslocal, ssmanager, ssserver from root user unless there
are bugs and security holes in these programs which are lethal to the
system.
