l0ng-ai 5106846a08 feat(ssh): reach a connection's forwards from its own tab (#439 )

Forwards belong to one connection, and the tab is that connection — but they
lived only behind a palette command and a section of the Info panel, neither of
which is where someone looking at the tab reaches for them. The tab's context
menu carries Port Forwarding… beside Edit connection…, and acts on the tab it
was opened on rather than on whichever pane is focused.
