l0ng-ai 8ad8841e48 fix(links): open path:start-end file links at the range's first line (#1219) (#1228) ...

A colon suffix holding a line range wasn't read as a location, so the
whole token failed to resolve and the link disappeared. Read the range's
first line instead, the way the #L10-L20 anchor already does.
