l0ng-ai 4f8237f361 docs: fix the landing page for real — no JS comments in export bodies

The hosted Mintlify build fails to parse any page with a JS comment (line
or block) inside an export body and serves a parse-error placeholder
instead; mint dev and mint validate accept the same page. Confirmed with
diagnostic pages: the prefix with the sidebar's // comment fails, the
same prefix without it renders, and turning it into /* */ still fails.

Move both comments to top-level MDX comments, note the rule in the file,
undo the earlier % escaping (that guess was wrong), and remove the
diagnostic pages.
