garlic-hub 729c3fa36c Update pihole example for pihole v6 
Pihole v6 was released in docker tag 2025.02.0 which contains breaking
changes for environment variables. Update the example to reflect this as
well as other recommened practices from the upstream project.

Remove IP address configuration from network and let docker handle it

Kyle Harding 712af1bbb4 Add a drill binary wrapper to simplify exit codes 
Docker healthchecks expect processes to exit with 0 or 1,
the other exit codes are reserved.

Kyle Harding 7d876222c5 Use dnssec.works instead of verteiltesysteme.net for tests 
As the latter broke [1], this PR updates the tests to use a
different DNSSEC validation service: https://dnssec.works
