feat: plans an operator can grant, visible in the admin panel ( #467 )
...
* feat: add operator-granted plans so a workspace can be paid without Stripe, surfaced in the admin panel as a badge, a filter and a card carrying who granted it and why, because the only alternative was writing a fake stripe subscription id into the database
* fix: hold a granted plan beside the paid one rather than over it so a Stripe workspace returns to the plan it pays for when the grant ends, route entitlement lookups through EffectivePlanID, separate a repository failure from an unknown plan, end a grant at local end of day, and drop an index that served no query

feat: AI is a paid feature, so take it off the free plan ( #466 )
...
* feat: take AI off the free plan, zeroing the free allowance and gating the writing assistant to paid like the inbox agent already was, because a trial that can only ever be told it has no credits reads as a broken feature rather than a locked one
* feat: state in the down migration which case does not round-trip, a free plan already at zero before 000148 ran, since the up migration recorded no prior value and a zero it did not write cannot be told from one it did

feat: make mailboxes truly unlimited under a fair-use allowance of one mailbox per daily send the plan includes (15,000 on Business), drop the 200 hard cap and the 5-per-day connect throttle, open a request-more dialog with inline limit requests and plan upgrade when the allowance is reached, add bulk CSV mailbox import with live progress and a downloadable failed-rows file, reserve attachment storage atomically under a per-org lock so concurrent uploads cannot pass the quota ( #326 ), report storage and the allowance on the billing usage meters, and honor approved daily-send overrides in the sender

feat: remove the free trial: a new hosted workspace starts on the free plan with no time limit, may hold up to 10 mailboxes (connected directly or through a linked self-hosted instance) and warm them in the free pool, and everything else (campaigns, inbox, contacts, CRM, integrations, API keys, audit) sits behind a Starter lock in the sidebar and a SubscriptionGate overlay until a plan is active; the pool-link allowance now counts every mailbox in the workspace, and the marketing site and guide say free workspace instead of 14-day trial

feat: address the Greptile review on the pool link: require https for the cloud URL (loopback exempt for local development) since the instance token and mailbox passwords travel on it, remove the cloud copy when the local enrollment row cannot be written so a mailbox never warms in both places, delete the local enrollment row before the cloud one and restore it if the cloud call fails so a mailbox is never left with no warmup anywhere, and trim the new multi-line comments to the one-line style

feat: let a self-hosted instance warm its mailboxes in the hosted pool: device-code link approved at /connect, instance-token API that enrolls SMTP/IMAP mailboxes as warmup-only accounts (no history import, non-warmup mail dropped), free for 10 mailboxes and unlimited on the seeded $15 pool plan, tier fallback to proven healthy mailboxes when a pool runs thin, local warmup stands down for enrolled mailboxes, Settings > Warmbly Cloud step flow and linked-instances page, docs guide, marketing copy, and fix SetWarmupLifecycle re-reading the row with an org-scoped lookup so every warmup start/pause returned 404

feat: inbox agent that drafts a suggested unibox reply on inbound human replies for human approve/edit/discard - paid + per-org opt-in (organizations.inbox_agent_enabled) feature where the consumer's reply hook, on a non-automated reply, detaches a goroutine (panic-contained, never blocks ingest) that checks entitlement, dedupes via ai_thread_drafts partial unique indexes (one pending per thread, unique source_message_id), pre-checks balance, grounds a reply in the thread history + org voice + skills via generation.Provider.Complete, reserves a draft row then charges 5 credits (idempotency inbox_agent:<draft.ID>, row unwound on a fresh context if the charge fails so no unpaid draft lingers), and emits an org-scoped AI_DRAFT_READY event gated on access_unibox; the agent never sends - only a human POST to /unibox/agent-drafts/:id/approve sends through the normal reply path, claiming pending->approved before send with an approved->pending revert on send failure, alongside list + discard endpoints; plus the unibox awaiting_agent_draft badge + agent_drafts search scope, an AgentDraftCard in the thread view with inline-editable approve-and-send/discard, the workspace settings opt-in toggle, CanUseInboxAgent paid gate, migration 000065, and docs (inbox-agent guide, endpoints, realtime)

feat: free-trial gets warmup + 1 inbox for 14 days
...
open CanUseWarmup and CanUseUnibox to free-trial orgs during the 14-day
window. add CanAddInbox feature gate and a FreeTrialInboxLimit of 1 so
trial orgs cannot seed the warmup pool with disposable accounts. enforce
the cap on both OAuthStart (avoids wasting the round-trip) and
OnboardSMTPIMAP, with distinct error messages for cap-reached vs
trial-expired.
