feat: unibox forward requires READ_UNIBOX alongside WRITE_UNIBOX, restores click tickets in a forwarded Warmbly send to their destinations, fills an empty-placeholder HTML note from its text, previews an empty-note forward in the Scheduled view, keeps a reply's leading blank lines, shares the stored-body read with GET /unibox/:id, and shows the Reply/Forward bar when a forward's message is no longer in the thread

feat: resolve a Unibox reply's Gmail thread per sending mailbox (its own copy of the conversation, or the thread its earlier reply started, and none for other providers or on a failed lookup keeps the handle), honour an API key's mailbox allowlist on scheduled list and cancel, fall back from a saved mailbox that is gone and block Send until the sender can send, fetch From candidates only when the picker opens, and fix the Unibox threading and drafts docs

feat: unibox forward carries the original message, attached server-side from a new forward_message_id on POST /unibox/reply and stored on the queued task (migration 000208) so it goes out under the note and signature with its From, Date, Subject, To and Cc lines, sanitized HTML and text part; the composer allows an empty note and previews the forwarded message ( #668 )

feat: let a Unibox reply or forward choose its sending mailbox in From (the shared MailboxPicker without Auto, kept in the draft and the undo-send), send the provider thread handle only from a mailbox that holds the thread so a switched reply threads on In-Reply-To alone, and scope scheduled sends, their cancel, count and cap to the organization whose mailboxes send them ( #670 )

feat: send from any address Google has verified a Gmail mailbox to send as and import the signature its owner already wrote in Gmail, reading both through gmail.settings.basic at connect and on demand via GET/POST /emails/:id/identity, validating the choice against the provider's own list in the service and again inside the UPDATE, clearing it when the provider stops verifying it, and never applying it to warmup ( #514 )

feat: full HTML and CSS support for campaign bodies and mailbox signatures, adding a send-time CSS inliner and a structure-aware plain-text renderer in internal/pkg/mailhtml, persisting HTML mode on a step through the previously unused sequences.body_code so a designed email is no longer gutted by the editor schema on reopen, widening the TipTap schema to hold tables, div containers, colours, fonts, sizes and alignment with toolbar controls for each, folding alignment into a single style producer because TipTap merges two style attributes by splitting on the first colon and truncated background-image url(https://...) to url("https"), replacing the regex plain-text stripper that put a whole stylesheet into the text/plain part and cost a content score eight points for a .free-trial-banner class, locating </body> past Outlook conditional comments so the signature and opt-out footer stop landing inside one, forcing the signature source view for markup a contentEditable cannot host safely, and reporting per-client compatibility findings from the preview endpoint

feat: put every runtime behind one optional error-reporting story: a single internal/observability/errs wrapper that is now the only package importing sentry-go, InitSentry for cmd/forms, release and environment tags on every service from the existing build stamp, optional Sentry in the admin panel and the public forms app, the sentry crate in the Rust tracking service, release tagging in realtime, CI source-map upload that only runs when a Sentry token is configured, and docs covering the DSN for each service

feat: stop recipient suppression and the entitlement gate being skipped when a campaign has no organization: the send path now fails closed (an orgless campaign is paused with the reason in its activity feed instead of mailing an unsubscribed, bounced or complained address, since routing's own suppression filter joins on the campaign's organization_id and matches nothing when it is NULL), the same tenancy gate covers warmup and unibox sends and an orgless mailbox resolves to the free pool rather than defaulting into the paid one, the state is no longer creatable (sequenceRepository.Create inherits organization_id from its campaign instead of inserting NULL, campaign creation and mailbox onboarding refuse without a workspace via errx.ErrNoOrganization, guardInboxLimit / guardMailboxThrottle / the campaign creation throttle no longer treat a missing org as exempt, and a new session resolves the user's default workspace so the orgless session that produced these rows cannot exist), and migration 000092 backfills then sets organization_id NOT NULL on campaigns, contacts, email_accounts and sequences plus sessions.current_organization_id, provisioning a recovery workspace for any user with none so no row is deleted to satisfy the constraint (live-tested in TestLiveOrglessCampaignDoesNotSendToSuppressedRecipient, TestLiveSuppressedRecipientIsSkipped, TestLiveCampaignRequiresAnOrganization and TestLiveHealthyCampaignStillSends)

feat: thread Unibox dashboard replies into the conversation they answer, by carrying the composer's thread_id all the way from email_tasks to the provider (EmailMessage had no ThreadID field at all, so the column was read from the database and silently dropped in user_email_task, and Gmail only appends to an existing thread when threadId is set on the outbound message since a matching Subject and In-Reply-To do not do it), populating the models.SendEmail.Parent field that already existed with an avro tag and that the worker already read but nothing ever set, replacing the worker's gate that required InReplyTo to be non-empty before it would look at Parent (a dashboard reply never sets that header, so a perfectly valid ThreadID was discarded and the provider opened a new conversation) with a parentReference helper shared by the Gmail and Graph send paths that resolves the two genuinely independent handles separately, and backfilling the RFC In-Reply-To header server-side in UniboxReply from the newest Message-ID in the thread via a new org-scoped LatestMessageIDInThread query, because a provider thread id is meaningless outside the mailbox that issued it and the recipient's mail client can only thread on References and In-Reply-To ( #122 )

refactor: replace fmt.Printf with structured zerolog logging and fix weak URL hash
...
- Replace all fmt.Printf calls in Kafka consumer/producer, tracking consumer,
and user email task with structured zerolog (log.Warn/Error/Info)
- Fix hashURL using SHA-256 instead of naive first-8-chars+length approach
which was collision-prone for deduplication
