feat: open a full-screen upgrade dialog from every plan lock (sidebar rows, the unified inbox frosted overlay, the free-workspace screen) with the four plan cards, a monthly/annual toggle with animated prices, the unlocking plan highlighted, promo codes and one-click Stripe checkout or in-place plan change through a shared useUpgradeFlow hook that the billing page now uses too, return the Stripe redirect to the originating page and settle it in place, and add a plans and billing guide

BulkEditContactsProvider.tsx

CampaignProvider.tsx

feat: attribute every campaign click to the exact link with a per-link click log (email_link_clicks) behind the contact activity timeline, campaign live feed, recent activity and the email_clicked webhook, add per-campaign automatic UTM tagging (utm_tracking with source, medium and campaign overrides, utm_content from the link text) applied at send time to the stored ticket destination, and classify opens and clicks as machine when they arrive within ten seconds of dispatch or when several links of one email are followed within five seconds, so scanner clicks are logged but never count as engagement, fire automations or send webhooks

ConfirmProvider.tsx

feat: upgrade campaign step composer

2026-05-23 16:37:53 +00:00

DataSyncProvider.tsx

feat: restore the app store's mailbox and tag slices by syncing them in DataSyncProvider (paged /emails directory query under the audit-spine-invalidated ['emails','list'] key plus profile tag definitions), un-breaking every surface that resolves mailbox-to-tag membership from the store: the compose From picker's tag filter chips, the unibox filter sheet's tag resolution, and the tag scope in the rail

2026-07-19 10:02:43 +02:00

ErrorContext.tsx

feat: full PostHog coverage: identify the signed-in user and workspace in the dashboard and admin panel with autocapture, heatmaps, dead and rage clicks, web vitals, network timing, console capture and session replay masking only password fields, send server-side signup, trial and subscription events under the user id with the organization as a group, keep the marketing site and form pages cookieless while capturing everything stateless plus a form funnel, upload the form app's source maps, and add WARMBLY_POSTHOG_SESSION_REPLAY

2026-06-11 08:04:11 +02:00

realtimeChannels.test.tsx

feat: shorten the new socket lifecycle comments in SocketProvider, RealtimeManager and their channel tests to the one-line constraint-stating form CLAUDE.md asks for, since the implementation narrative they carried is already in the PR description and the regression tests

2026-08-27 03:10:36 -07:00

RealtimeManager.tsx

feat: read the header's connection quality from the heartbeat roundtrip the socket provider already measures instead of an interval that compared itself against its own last tick and so reported a healthy socket as a slow one on almost every pass

2026-09-04 04:03:01 -07:00

RippleProvider.tsx

fix: clear every open issue in error tracking by fixing the bugs behind them rather than the reports: a document-level mouseleave handing RippleProvider the document itself, whose classList is undefined; the admin panel posting /getaway without the /v1 its baseURL omits, so its realtime socket 404d on every page; Gmail throttles classified from the 403 status alone and told to re-authorize instead of back off; consumer flag and folder events retrying forever on a message the unibox never stored; a lost token-refresh race answered 500 instead of the documented 401; a nil email_accounts slice crashing the admin user page; Turnstile mounted with an empty sitekey; conditional passkey autofill run after the user navigated away; a boot log filed as an issue; and one publish failure per message on a topic the broker refuses (#519 )

2026-09-14 21:06:14 -07:00

socketChannels.test.tsx

feat: shorten the new socket lifecycle comments in SocketProvider, RealtimeManager and their channel tests to the one-line constraint-stating form CLAUDE.md asks for, since the implementation narrative they carried is already in the PR description and the regression tests

2026-08-27 03:10:36 -07:00

SocketProvider.tsx

feat: stop a failing API from signing people out and then spinning forever, by ending a session only when the server actually refuses the refresh token rather than on any 500 or timeout, announcing that end so the app redirects to sign-in once, and standing the websocket's reconnect loop down when there is no token left for it to use

2026-09-19 19:53:54 +02:00

socketTestHarness.tsx

feat: make the realtime service survive a client that spams channel joins, and stop both clients from being that client: ws_join is now spent per phx_join in a shared RealtimeWeb.ChannelGuard that every channel runs BEFORE its Auth lookup (it was only ever spent on the socket handshake, so an established socket could issue unlimited joins and each one cost a Postgres query), handshakes move to their own ws_connect bucket so a reconnect storm cannot eat the budget a client needs to rejoin with, the retry_after_ms hint now points at the next window instead of shrinking as overage grew, every channel's join rejection carries the numeric code the API reference already promised (plus 4005 for a malformed topic), BulkChannel only pushes an event to the user who owns the operation instead of to anyone who guesses the id, and the web and admin clients treat a rate_limited join as transient (wait out the hint, keep the socket) while backing off per-channel rejoins on a decaying schedule rather than reconnecting on the 120ms floor forever; adds an ExUnit suite for realtime and a vitest suite for admin, both wired into CI

2026-08-26 21:14:34 -07:00

TimezoneProvider.tsx

feat: serve the entire customer API (auth + resources) only under /v1 with no unversioned alias, and repoint the web and admin clients to the versioned base accordingly

2026-06-13 07:18:23 +02:00

UpgradeDialogProvider.tsx

feat: open a full-screen upgrade dialog from every plan lock (sidebar rows, the unified inbox frosted overlay, the free-workspace screen) with the four plan cards, a monthly/annual toggle with animated prices, the unlocking plan highlighted, promo codes and one-click Stripe checkout or in-place plan change through a shared useUpgradeFlow hook that the billing page now uses too, return the Stripe redirect to the originating page and settle it in place, and add a plans and billing guide

2026-09-04 04:03:44 -07:00

use-mobile.ts

feat: collapse the left navigation to an icon rail, drag the unibox conversation list against the thread, and remember the contact rail toggle instead of reopening it on every conversation (#479 )

2026-09-13 01:09:29 -07:00

useAiMetered.ts

feat: rebuild the new-campaign wizard with animated step transitions, a numbered stepper, the shared Toggle instead of a broken hand-rolled switch, per-step validation that explains itself and a discard guard, register PopoverMenu's click-outside in the capture phase so dropdowns inside dialogs close on click-away, add a Campaigns back link and clickable breadcrumb crumbs, add a From contacts leads picker with category filter and select-all-matching backed by the bulk add_campaigns path whose SQL now scopes campaigns by organization instead of the caller, and stop self-hosted no-billing deployments presenting as a free trial or plan-metered by exposing billing_enabled on GET /auth/config, showing a Self-hosted badge, hiding Billing and Refer & earn, and reporting AI credits as unlimited with the header gauge and cost copy hidden

2026-08-18 07:48:58 -07:00

useAnchoredFloating.ts

feat: add useAnchoredFloating hook wrapping floating-ui with a fixed strategy so editor popovers anchor correctly inside transformed dialogs

2026-07-22 17:04:51 +02:00

useAutosave.ts

feat: kill the settings autosave PUT storm: useAutosave becomes single-flight (the change effect re-arms every render because save is an inline closure, and with the baseline only moving after the response every render during an in-flight save fired another request; concurrent callers now share one in-flight promise and a trailing loop picks up edits made while saving), the notifications settings page hydrates its draft from the server exactly once so refetches never stomp or re-trigger mid-save, and the preferences PUT writes its echoed envelope into the react-query cache instead of invalidating (no more refetch per save)

2026-07-20 08:17:50 +02:00

useBrand.ts

feat: keep every recipient-facing and self-host-facing address on the deployment's own domain: mint unsubscribe links on a workspace's verified tracking domain (served by the tracking service, proxied to the backend that owns the pages), attach RFC 8058 one-click only over https, resolve all branding through config.Brand() gated on SelfHosted() so a self-host's email footer, sign-in links, stats card, API example and public form badge name nobody else, drop the app.warmbly.com fallback from AppBaseURL, blank TRACKING_DOMAIN and FORMS_DOMAIN on core-only installs, and have install.sh offer to configure a fresh interactive install instead of silently defaulting to localhost

2026-09-09 06:34:43 -07:00

useCampaignChannel.ts

feat: count the send in flight on the last-email-of-the-day feed line so a cap-one mailbox is shown at its cap with a budget gate rather than at zero, and put live campaign progress in emails (contacts times steps) with a total_emails field so a six-step campaign no longer reads 100% once every contact has had its first email

2026-09-18 13:54:12 +02:00

useClickOutside.tsx

fix: let portaled pickers/menus nest inside capture-phase and popover containers via a shared data-floating marker, and migrate the last native date/time inputs (contact activity range, unibox snooze + send-later) to the themed pickers

2026-06-14 10:48:06 +02:00

useCloudPool.ts

feat: surface the Warmbly Cloud link where self-hosters already are: a skippable last onboarding step with the shared link card, a connect banner and dialog on the Mailboxes page, a Cloud badge plus the cloud's daily count and warm/pause/resume/remove items in each row's warmup menu, a cloud block in the mailbox drawer that replaces the local controls for enrolled mailboxes, the coverage notice pointing at the dialog instead of the marketing site, reads on /cloud-link open to any member and per-mailbox enrollment gated on manage mailboxes, and the guide updated for the new entry points

2026-08-29 08:05:11 -07:00

useComposeStore.ts

feat: de-template the cold-email humanizer (drop the quotable example asks and subject that models parroted verbatim, add a VARIATION section mandating a fresh skeleton per email and capping punchy standalone lines at one) and add compose drafts: autosaved per-user working copies (client-generated ids, idempotent PUT on a 1.2s debounce, migration 000072) with Saving/Saved in the window header, close-keeps-draft instead of the discard confirm, delete on send or when emptied, and a Drafts list under the rail Compose button to resume or delete, documented in the guide and endpoints scope map

2026-07-19 08:52:56 +02:00

useConversationActions.tsx

feat: make Archive mean something everywhere by keeping filed conversations out of every working unibox view except All mail and the Archive folder, read a mailbox address out of the raw From header so Awaiting reply stops missing every thread sent as "Name <addr>", file and mark read by thread id rather than by message id, and add per-row triage actions plus a multi-select selection bar to the conversation list

2026-09-20 07:16:35 -07:00

useDebouncedValue.ts

feat: make the composer picker search feel alive: contact searches debounce 300ms and keep previous results on screen while the next query loads (new useDebouncedValue hook + keepPrevious option on useSearchContacts), the browse panel and From menu ease their height with a ResizeObserver-driven AnimatedHeight instead of snapping, in-flight searches show a spinner in the search box plus shimmer skeleton rows on first load, FilterMenu closes itself on any outside click or Escape (its trigger lives inside a data-floating panel the shared hook ignores, so opening the sibling filter now closes the other), and the browse panel widens to 400px

2026-07-19 18:36:31 +02:00

useDocumentTitle.ts

feat(inbox): automatic tagging and relevance scoring for inbound mail, optional and off by default

2026-09-16 15:23:17 +02:00

useFlipPlacement.tsx

feat: address Greptile review on #282 : re-measure useFlipPlacement/useFlipAlignment on window resize so an open popover keeps a valid side when the toolbar reflows, and trim the unibox body-key and hook comments down to their one-line invariants

2026-08-31 05:36:24 -07:00

useKeyboardShortcuts.ts

feat: make Archive mean something everywhere by keeping filed conversations out of every working unibox view except All mail and the Archive folder, read a mailbox address out of the raw From header so Awaiting reply stops missing every thread sent as "Name <addr>", file and mark read by thread id rather than by message id, and add per-row triage actions plus a multi-select selection bar to the conversation list

2026-09-20 07:16:35 -07:00

useLiveCanvas.ts

feat: make canvas selections self-healing with a receiver-side TTL, a heartbeat that retries unsent deselects, and a clear frame for the old surface on in-place resource changes

2026-07-02 20:33:44 +02:00

useLiveCursors.ts

feat: guard cursor chat against IME composition keys, keep a sent message lingering through an incidental blur, broadcast chat typed while the pointer is off the tracked surface, and close the input on page navigation

2026-07-02 20:33:44 +02:00

useLivePatch.ts

fix: ignore live:patch frames in useLivePatch when the subscriber has no resource yet, instead of receiving every org patch

2026-06-30 19:20:08 +02:00

useMediaQuery.ts

feat: collapse the left navigation to an icon rail, drag the unibox conversation list against the thread, and remember the contact rail toggle instead of reopening it on every conversation (#479 )

2026-09-13 01:09:29 -07:00

useOutboxStore.ts

feat: undo send in the dashboard: instant compose and reply sends feed a new outbox store and an amber header pill counting down to the server scheduled_at with inline Cancel plus a portaled dropdown listing every pending send with per-row cancel, cancelling a compose reopens the docked composer from a full draft seed and cancelling a reply navigates to the thread and reopens the reply composer prefilled via a restore handoff, 404 collapses to Already sent, and the profile settings page gains an autosaved Undo window NumberInput (5-120s) wired to PUT /auth/me/send-preferences patching the cached /auth/me user

2026-07-19 18:56:55 +02:00

usePasswordStrength.ts

ci: drop tsc from web build, relax Elixir warnings, pin picomatch / path-to-regexp

2026-05-23 16:37:53 +00:00

usePermission.ts

feat: gate the dashboard version pill's update actions on a session that presented a second factor, carry session_mfa_verified on the web User model, pass the API error code into the permission-denied event and give admin_mfa_required its own two-factor dialog variant linking to Settings > Security instead of the Roles & access advice, and document the rule on the updates page

2026-09-22 03:42:56 -07:00

useRealtimeEvents.ts

feat: make automatic inbox tagging atomic live and reviewable in production

2026-09-17 04:57:24 -07:00

useRealtimeFallback.ts

feat: refetch the campaigns list on a slow cycle while the realtime socket is not connected, so send counts kept current by live invalidation cannot sit on their five-minute cache with no event coming to refresh them, and document what the header's connection dot means and what still refreshes while it is down

2026-09-13 05:28:34 -07:00

useRouteKey.ts

feat: stop the unibox conversation list resetting to the top when an email is opened, by keying the app shell's route boundary and Suspense on route identity rather than the raw pathname (the open thread is a path segment, so every click was remounting the whole page), remembering each list's scroll offset across remounts and the mobile display:none pane, patching mark-as-read into the query cache instead of refetching every loaded page, and auto-loading the next page at the end of the list (issue #396 )

2026-09-09 06:52:57 -07:00

UserProvider.tsx

feat: stop a dashboard tab whose token went away in another tab from polling forever, by announcing the ended session from the api client's no-token path and by treating the auth token key disappearing from storage as the session ending in every other tab, so the app redirects to sign-in on the first failed poll instead of filing one unhandled AuthError a minute for the life of the tab

useScrollMemory.ts

feat: stop the unibox conversation list resetting to the top when an email is opened, by keying the app shell's route boundary and Suspense on route identity rather than the raw pathname (the open thread is a path segment, so every click was remounting the whole page), remembering each list's scroll offset across remounts and the mobile display:none pane, patching mark-as-read into the query cache instead of refetching every loaded page, and auto-loading the next page at the end of the list (issue #396 )
