admin_outreach.go

feat: make every admin panel list page past the first and filter by id: bind query-string ids through models.ParamUUID since gin cannot set a uuid.UUID, page the explorers and secondary lists by an opaque offset cursor with an id tiebreak instead of an id keyset that disagreed with the sort, page the audit log on (created_at, id) with an inclusive YYYY-MM-DD end day and read next_cursor on its page, cast every before-date bound to timestamptz, coalesce nullable audit ip and user agent, and report failed admin queries and 5xx mutations to PostHog or Sentry with method, path, status, code and request id

advanced_outreach_test.go

fix: stop every out-of-office notice and bounce opening a high-priority CRM follow-up by classifying machine replies from their headers and gating the task on a per-intent setting, and give the Tasks page multi-select with select-all-matching, bulk status, priority and delete over new PATCH and DELETE /crm/tasks endpoints (issue #471)

2026-09-14 12:20:47 -07:00

advanced_outreach.go

feat: keep automated notifications that need the recipient's action (failed payment, suspended account, suspicious sign-in, sending limit, expiring service) in the inbox with an Action required label, view and mail-that-needs-action notification, let workspace tagging questions also run on automated notifications, add warmblyctl inbox-tag backfill --recheck-notifications, and document it

advisor.go

feat: add the Advisor, continuous sending checks surfaced on the row they are about (#86)

agent.go

feat: bind each Remie approval to its tool call and run it once, show every argument and the resolved send on dashboard and Slack approval cards, keep always-allow to settings managers with a revocable list and never for tools that start sending or change access, withhold secrets and unpermitted tool results from the assistant and shared conversations, gate /mcp, /ai/tools and the web and playbook tools on AI_AGENT or use_ai, and scope get_mailbox by organization

2026-10-04 03:45:02 -07:00

analytics.go

feat: paginate and batch GET /analytics/accounts so account status reads are bounded per page and the overflow past 1000 mailboxes is reachable via cursor

2026-10-03 06:46:20 +00:00

api_key.go

feat: add a permanent delete for API keys, DELETE /api-keys/:id/permanent plus a Delete key button under a revoked key in the dashboard drawer and warmbly key purge, taking the key's usage logs with it and refusing any key that could still authenticate so revoking stays the step that records why a credential ended (issue #414)

2026-09-10 05:02:05 -07:00

api_permission_test.go

feat: cap every OAuth grant and API key at the delegating member's role (consent narrows scopes and reports the withheld ones, tokens re-check the member's current role at every gate and MCP tool, keys stay within their creator's permissions, mailboxes and IP allowlist), keep OAuth tokens off API key and OAuth app management, require a fresh sign-in to approve an app, revoke a grant whose refresh token is presented twice, count only unexpired grants as installs, seal app webhook secrets under the instance key, name the workspace and flag unverified apps on the consent screen, and let credential managers list and revoke every member's app authorizations

2026-10-04 02:59:10 -07:00

api_permission.go

feat: cap every OAuth grant and API key at the delegating member's role (consent narrows scopes and reports the withheld ones, tokens re-check the member's current role at every gate and MCP tool, keys stay within their creator's permissions, mailboxes and IP allowlist), keep OAuth tokens off API key and OAuth app management, require a fresh sign-in to approve an app, revoke a grant whose refresh token is presented twice, count only unexpired grants as installs, seal app webhook secrets under the instance key, name the workspace and flag unverified apps on the consent screen, and let credential managers list and revoke every member's app authorizations

2026-10-04 02:59:10 -07:00

app_directory.go

feat: turn Integrations into an app store with sidebar views, search, sorting and filters, list community apps by link until featured or widely installed, redesign the OAuth app registration dialog, store app logos re-encoded per app like the workspace logo, and add admin suspension, token revocation and developer blocks for OAuth apps

2026-10-04 00:31:52 -07:00

attachment.go

feat: add Delete and Duplicate campaign actions to the dashboard (issue #185): every campaign row and the detail header get a ⋯ menu (Edit, Duplicate, Start/Pause, Delete) plus a Delete card at the bottom of Settings, all permission-gated with a confirm that spells out what goes; DELETE /campaigns/:id is now organization-scoped instead of user_id-scoped so teammates can delete, runs in one transaction that also deletes the campaign's pending tasks and cancels a wakeup tick claimed at that moment (campaign_tasks only nulls its link, so those rows kept firing), removes attachment objects and publishes CAMPAIGN_DELETED so a teammate's open detail page is sent back to the list; new POST /campaigns/:id/duplicate copies the campaign row as a draft with steps and their branch graph rewired onto new step ids, tags, folders, senders with rotation reset, A/B variants, advanced settings and attachments (quota-checked, blobs undone if the copy fails) and none of the leads, progress, logs, counters, ramp level, guardrail trip or past dates, naming it (copy)/(copy N) inside the 50 byte cap without splitting runes; a claimed campaign tick whose campaign vanished now ends the chain instead of staying active forever; covered by TestLiveCampaignLifecycle* against real SQL, RemapBranchTargets and duplicateName unit tests and a react-query vitest for the list cache, with API reference, endpoint map and campaigns guide updated

2026-08-25 08:54:51 -07:00

audit.go

feat: bind each Remie approval to its tool call and run it once, show every argument and the resolved send on dashboard and Slack approval cards, keep always-allow to settings managers with a revocable list and never for tools that start sending or change access, withhold secrets and unpermitted tool results from the assistant and shared conversations, gate /mcp, /ai/tools and the web and playbook tools on AI_AGENT or use_ai, and scope get_mailbox by organization

2026-10-04 03:45:02 -07:00

auth.go

feat: bind a browser sign-in to the browser that started it, so a handoff link cannot be forwarded: one-time state proves the callback answers a request this server made, not one THIS browser made, so anyone could run the flow against their own Google or OIDC account and send the resulting URL to someone else, whose browser would then hold the sender's session (RFC 9700 4.7.1); begin now mints a binding secret that never reaches the provider and never appears in a URL, the callback carries it into the handoff, and the exchange refuses a collection that cannot present it with sso_wrong_browser, while the comments this PR added are condensed to the constraint they exist to state

2026-08-28 01:44:39 -07:00

automation_graph.go

feat: rework automation AI steps to mirror campaign step types with one agentic AI step plus an AI switch, per-case switch handles on the canvas, a Stop node, and a step-type add menu

2026-07-22 10:58:35 +02:00

behavior.go

feat: give each mailbox a human sending persona (randomized daily and hourly caps, send spacing, work start/end, lunch break and working weekdays, rolled once per local day in the mailbox's own timezone and applied across the campaign, warmup and smart-send schedulers), add campaign auto-pause guardrails that stop a campaign when its bounce, complaint or reply rate leaves the configured band, make mailbox rotation actually rotate for tag-resolved and all-mailbox campaigns, stop every scheduler from ever returning a slot in the past, and correct the mailbox min-gap field that stored seconds while labelling them minutes

2026-08-13 16:51:29 +02:00

campaign_lead_cc.go

feat: copy up to two colleagues on every email a campaign sends one lead (campaign_lead_cc, migrations 000230-000231) with a drawer CC editor that suggests same-company contacts, hold a copied contact's own lead so nobody gets two threads, count a copy's reply as the lead's, opt out every copy on a link unsubscribe, drop a bounced or refused copy without bouncing the lead, skip suppressed campaign CC and BCC addresses, and document the endpoints, CLI, skills and OpenAPI

campaign_send_plan.go

feat: compute each active campaign's send plan in a background snapshotter (internal/app/campaign) stored in campaign_send_plan_snapshots so GET /campaigns/:id/send-plan serves a stored snapshot instead of walking the planner on the request

2026-10-03 11:04:22 +00:00

campaign.go

feat: count only a draft's non-segment leads alongside its chosen lists in the campaign estimate and fill unsent estimate settings from the saved campaign, keep branches added on the Steps tab while the new campaign flow is open, renumber automatic step names, and read a draft's lead count without analytics access

2026-09-29 04:52:37 -07:00

cli_auth.go

feat: bind Warmbly Cloud brokered mailbox sign-ins to PKCE, a single-use state and a cloud consent page naming the requesting instance and workspace that sets the browser cookie the callback requires, return only to the instance's registered address, add PKCE and an OIDC nonce to Workspace and Microsoft 365 admin-proof sign-ins, post OAuth callback codes only to a configured dashboard origin, cap CLI-approved keys to the approver's role behind a fresh sign-in, and accept only same-origin login next paths

2026-10-04 02:53:16 -07:00

clock_test.go

feat: make Warmbly Cloud warmup start and explain itself for linked mailboxes: apply the instance's warmup settings, start warmup on adopted mailboxes, read the warmup day mask Monday-first, report the last refused warmup send and the partner cap to the instance and dashboard, hand changed SMTP credentials to the cloud, refuse cleartext mailboxes at enrollment, and show cloud warmup with the warming animation and a clear Cloud marker

2026-10-01 03:01:36 -07:00

clock.go

feat: make Warmbly Cloud warmup start and explain itself for linked mailboxes: apply the instance's warmup settings, start warmup on adopted mailboxes, read the warmup day mask Monday-first, report the last refused warmup send and the partner cap to the instance and dashboard, hand changed SMTP credentials to the cloud, refuse cleartext mailboxes at enrollment, and show cloud warmup with the warming animation and a clear Cloud marker

2026-10-01 03:01:36 -07:00

contact_campaign_state.go

feat: copy up to two colleagues on every email a campaign sends one lead (campaign_lead_cc, migrations 000230-000231) with a drawer CC editor that suggests same-company contacts, hold a copied contact's own lead so nobody gets two threads, count a copy's reply as the lead's, opt out every copy on a link unsubscribe, drop a bounced or refused copy without bouncing the lead, skip suppressed campaign CC and BCC addresses, and document the endpoints, CLI, skills and OpenAPI

2026-09-29 09:53:27 -07:00

contact_export.go

feat: add recipient-level engagement to the campaign Leads view by adding an engagement search filter (opened, not_opened, clicked, not_clicked, replied, not_replied, bounced) that composes with lead_status as AND and rejects unknown values with stable 400 codes, counting only human opens so machine opens never read as engagement, adding contacted/opened/clicked/replied_any totals to lead_counts, rendering Opened/Clicked/Replied columns and clickable server-backed status and engagement chips in the Leads table with matching Filters sheet sections, offering lead_status/lead_opened/lead_clicked/lead_replied export columns from a campaign, covering every filter value with a live Postgres test, and documenting the columns, filters, error codes and export fields (issue #250)

2026-08-29 03:12:02 -07:00

contact_import.go

feat: run contact file imports as background jobs (upload once, a whole-file check of new, existing, repeated and invalid rows, a chunked leased runner with live CONTACT_IMPORT_PROGRESS, history, cancel, a draft that autosaves and survives a reload, remembered mappings, and a failed-rows CSV under the file's own headers), match existing contacts across the workspace, batch updates and fail a bad row alone, keep imported verdicts on update, scope every import write to the importing workspace, rebuild the import wizard with icons and inline segment creation, show company logos and the inbox provider on the contact avatar, and hide contact columns the list has no data for

2026-09-27 21:50:10 -07:00

contact_timeline_test.go

feat: reject a contact timeline cursor whose source rank names no merged table with a 400 in the handler through ContactTimelineSource.Valid, since rank zero is reserved for the legacy before bound and a rank past the last source would re-admit the events at the cursor's instant

2026-09-03 20:21:42 -07:00

contact.go

feat: add native Salesforce sync with Lead and Contact matching and links, a leased activity outbox that logs sends, replies, bounces, opt-outs and meetings as Tasks, Lead Status and Email Opt Out writeback, a pull loop with CRM pause rules, list view and Campaign imports, sandbox and My Domain OAuth that refreshes expired sessions, a Salesforce settings page with contact and inbox cards in web, and docs

crm_provider.go

feat: add Pipedrive CRM mode (migration 000262) with write-through deals, activities and notes, outreach logged as Pipedrive activities, per-connection webhooks, filter import, a Warmbly person panel and modals, a provider registry behind the shared /crm routes, a provider-aware dashboard, and centered popups replacing the integration side drawer

2026-10-04 19:20:48 +02:00

crm_task_search_test.go

fix: stop every out-of-office notice and bounce opening a high-priority CRM follow-up by classifying machine replies from their headers and gating the task on a per-intent setting, and give the Tasks page multi-select with select-all-matching, bulk status, priority and delete over new PATCH and DELETE /crm/tasks endpoints (issue #471)

2026-09-14 12:20:47 -07:00

crm.go

feat: add HubSpot CRM mode where HubSpot deals, pipelines, tasks, notes and owners are mirrored and written through, sends and replies log as HubSpot emails, exit rules hold campaigns, list import, sync health, setup wizard in web, HubSpot app project with record card and workflow action, and docs

discount.go

feat: make every admin panel list page past the first and filter by id: bind query-string ids through models.ParamUUID since gin cannot set a uuid.UUID, page the explorers and secondary lists by an opaque offset cursor with an id tiebreak instead of an id keyset that disagreed with the sort, page the audit log on (created_at, id) with an inclusive YYYY-MM-DD end day and read next_cursor on its page, cast every before-date bound to timestamptz, coalesce nullable audit ip and user agent, and report failed admin queries and 5xx mutations to PostHog or Sentry with method, path, status, code and request id

2026-09-21 02:11:38 -07:00

email_auth_test.go

feat: enforce the persisted SPF/DKIM/DMARC state as a real cold-send and warmup gate behind a 72h grace clock and an operator toggle, after first fixing the DMARC organizational-domain fallback in dnsauth so a dedicated sending subdomain covered by its parent's record stops reading as unauthenticated, adding auth_state to the four mailbox loaders that never selected it (which would have made the gate dead code), stamping auth_failing_since on entry to failing so a resolver hiccup can never stop a campaign, notifying the org on that transition, and reporting an all-gated pool as ErrDomainAuthFailing instead of a message about sending windows (#160)

2026-08-22 09:37:26 -07:00

email_clock_test.go

feat: give each workspace a timezone that mailbox warmup and campaign sending windows follow by default (organizations.timezone, migration 000198), let campaigns and mailboxes follow it or pin their own, add a Timezones control centre on Settings > Profile with inline per-campaign and per-mailbox zones, default new workspaces and the campaign wizard to the browser zone, expose effective_timezone on campaigns, and move the first-email delay from the Schedule tab and wizard into campaign Settings > First email

2026-09-22 20:13:55 -07:00

email_image.go

feat: address the CodeRabbit review on the email editor PR by generating email image object keys from a uuid and the sniffed extension instead of the uploader's filename so a name carrying '..' cannot produce a key the public route refuses to serve and a private filename never travels inside a recipient's URL, deleting the stored object before its row and refusing the request when storage will not take it so a failed delete leaves nothing loadable that the quota has stopped counting, accepting only https image addresses, resynchronising the HTML source view when a template replaces the body underneath it, and rendering the campaign preview through the inbox's sandboxed frame so markup written in the source view can neither run nor restyle the dashboard for a teammate

2026-09-08 21:17:36 -07:00

email_reply_to_test.go

feat: send each mailbox's reply-to as a Reply-To header on campaign, unibox, test and placement mail (never warmup), record it on every campaign send attempt (tasks.reply_to, migration 000236) and credit a reply landing in that shared reply inbox to the campaign and its sending mailbox across reply attribution, the sync priority lane and copied-contact replies, show the sending mailbox on thread messages, recent activity and the reply webhook, start unibox and inbox-agent replies from the mailbox that emailed the contact, flag an untracked reply-to in mailbox settings, let the sandbox simulator answer Reply-To, and document the shared reply inbox (#756)

2026-09-30 05:33:34 -07:00

email.go

feat: control Gmail mailbox OAuth per frontend deployment and bind callbacks to allowlisted dashboard origins

event_w_mailbox.go

feat: let an IMAP mailbox exclude folders from sync (email_accounts.sync_skip_folders, migration 000196) so a folder another tool fills never reaches the unified inbox: the worker drops skipped folders and their subfolders before the walk, retires an already-synced one with its stored mail, and removes mail that later moves into one only when its Message-ID is found there; PUT /emails/:id/sync and the drawer's Sync card set the list, GET reports it with the server's folder list, warmbly mailbox skip-folders mirrors it, with docs, OpenAPI and error-code invalid_sync_folder

2026-09-22 05:15:49 -07:00

event_worker_validation_test.go

feat: tell a person connecting a mailbox what the mail server actually said instead of "invalid credentials" for everything, by having the worker's SMTP and IMAP probes classify a refused sign-in, an unreachable host, a failed TLS handshake, a retry-later reply and a timeout and publish that verdict as JSON ahead of the legacy digit, mapping it on the backend to mailbox_auth_refused, mailbox_unreachable, mailbox_tls_failed and mailbox_server_declined with the server's reply and a Gmail app-password hint in the message, starting the probe budget after the credentials are unsealed and bounding the SMTP conversation so a silent server no longer parks the worker, and normalizing passwords on every connect path so a Google app password pasted with its spaces works from the form, the CSV import, the API and the re-authorize dialog alike

2026-09-19 23:53:40 -07:00

event_worker_validation.go

feat: keep mailbox credential checks and imports from timing out behind a worker's command queue by loading mailboxes off the bus loop (a republish never dials twice, commands wait for an in-flight load, a failed load raises the account's auth or server error), storing Kafka offsets for background commit instead of a synchronous commit per message, reconciling moved, unplaced and dead-worker mailboxes at once while spreading the safety-net republish over 30 minutes, sending checks over each worker's Redis channel with failover in placement order, retrying unanswered import rows within the lease, finishing a connect the browser left and an import row a restart interrupted, and connecting InboxKit Google and Microsoft mailboxes with no sign-in through a vendor-authorized grant that covers only the domains the vendor account lists

2026-09-24 11:44:58 +02:00

feat: preserve warmup identity across mailbox reconnects and retry provider filing with pre-disconnect cleanup

feat: separate fleet mailbox targets from measured CPU and RAM, report node public egress IPv4 and add workload share analytics

2026-10-05 11:24:32 +00:00

fleet_release.go

feat: replace the worker tier/type/risk-pool/egress categories with a scored placement model and make the fleet pull-based, so a machine joins with one command, workers and consumers share one node registry with usage and liveness, nodes self-update to the version the control plane resolves, and the Hetzner provisioning, worker profiles and SSH orchestrator are removed

2026-09-09 04:54:01 -07:00

folder_relay_test.go

feat: relay unibox Archive, Delete and Move to inbox to the mailbox itself through a new MESSAGE_FOLDER worker command (Gmail label batchModify, Outlook well-known folder moves with the message map re-keyed around each Graph id change, IMAP MOVE after locating each message by Message-ID), answered by relayed UPDATE_FOLDER events that write only provider_folder and the moved handles, relaying every row a filing moved so an Undo right after Archive still reaches the mailbox, with a per-mailbox Mirror Archive and Delete switch (email_accounts.relay_folder_moves, migration 000235, on by default), warmup receipts, drafts and non-Gmail sent copies left in place, and the unibox, mailboxes, API, events and OpenAPI docs updated

2026-09-30 04:41:03 -07:00

form_event.go

feat: forms v2, a full redesign of the hosted form and its builder: eight one-click themes, card/wide/split layouts with a brand cover panel, classic paged and Typeform-style focus modes split on a new page_break block, logo/cover/background uploads with size, fit and veil controls, an optional header bar that can span the page or sit with the form, a real HSV colour picker and font preview, per-contact personalized links that prefill and attribute without email verification, a render-token gate so the form JSON cannot be scraped without loading the page, funnel analytics with per-page drop-off and identified visitors, a leads-style forms list and responses table, and an organization custom forms domain verified by CNAME with hourly re-checks

2026-09-01 09:27:28 -07:00

form.go

feat: shared TypeSafe client under internal/pkg/typesafe with inbox tagging phases 2 and 3 (hold, stop, task, suppress behind workspace switches, reversible ones on by default), labels seeded at workspace creation and by the follow-up sweep, premade inbox views (hot leads, needs a reply, follow up, declined, automated), typed reply classification and a reply_intent branch condition, an inbox agent draft gate, Advisor copy judgment with a cached editor re-check, warmup content lint, bounce cause classification that keeps a blocked address sendable, and per-form submission triage

identity_link.go

feat: make self-hosted auth work without a mail relay by rewriting the platform SMTP transport with real AUTH and TLS (it did neither, so SMTP_USERNAME/SMTP_PASSWORD were dead and every documented relay was unreachable), adding MAIL_TRANSPORT=smtp|log|ses with a log transport that prints codes so a fresh install can sign in with no relay, demoting the emailed login code to AUTH_LOGIN_CODE=always|new_device|off (off on self-host, per NIST SP 800-63B and OWASP ASVS), claiming the first owner through a single-use setup link or WARMBLY_BOOTSTRAP_* instead of register-then-psql, deriving every emailed URL from APP_URL rather than a hardcoded app.warmbly.com that leaked live reset tokens to the vendor, fixing the confirm hooks that read path params against paramless routes and broke login, register and reset confirmation in the dashboard everywhere, adding generic OIDC with PKCE, one-time state, verified nonce and (issuer, subject) identity binding, enforcing 2FA on the social paths that skipped it, adding a per-IP limiter and trusted-proxy handling to the unthrottled auth group, refusing boot on the published default secrets, and dropping mailpit from the default stack (#99)

feat: report the Message-ID Gmail stamps on a send and resolve a reply's campaign through the Gmail thread and In-Reply-To so campaign replies stop tagging as sales pitches (with a warmblyctl --recheck-cold-inbound backfill that clears the stale labels and a tasks thread index), let a workspace add its own yes/no and pick-one tagging questions with plain-word labels and hold/stop/task actions, and add tagging languages (44 named to the classifier; for 27, only once chosen, tagging also cuts their quoted history and reads their away and non-delivery subjects), documented in the inbox tagging guide and the OpenAPI schema

integration_capability.go

feat: scope automation and sequence unsubscribes to the caller's organization, require manage_settings to create, edit, enable or delete automations, run each integration action only on its own provider's connection (400 action_provider_mismatch), refuse org-permission gates when no organization service is wired, read /integrations/bookings like contacts, scope lead claims, research runs and CRM list cursors to the organization, and bind contact note edits to the contact in the path

integration_config.go

feat: expand integration and meeting APIs

2026-06-08 06:25:40 +02:00

integration_connection_json_test.go

feat: require a verified Cloud Tasks token with a pinned audience on task webhooks, manage_settings on integration OAuth and a fresh membership check at every mailbox and integration OAuth finish, user verification for passkey sign-in, ended sessions before a password reset or ban reports success, and a revoked session when a rotated refresh token is replayed; remove the internal DEK delete route, log credential path parameters by name, hold remote images in received mail until the reader loads them, add Calendly and Cal.com signing keys with inbound URL rotation, keep automation signing secrets out of connection responses, and apply the password rules to the bootstrap password

2026-09-30 06:46:24 -07:00

integration.go

feat: accept only Salesforce domains as an org's API host and call it through the SSRF-guarded client, register the Warmbly Cloud link only on self-hosted instances behind the instance admin with a second factor and dial it through safehttp with fixed error text, keep automation signing secrets in the sealed connection config, answer integration service failures with fixed messages, add security headers to the forms, tracking and docs origins and TLS 1.2+ to the nginx template, compare the captcha bypass in constant time, require TLS 1.2 for IMAP probes, and drop the unused RSA helpers

2026-10-04 02:58:43 -07:00

lead_sync.go

feat: give a saved Google Sheets sync source segment targets (migration 000136 adds lead_sync_sources.segment_ids) that pin every synced row into those segments on each run, validated against the organization when the source is written and dropped from the run when a segment is deleted later, and filter GET /lead-sync/sources by ?segment_id= through a jsonb containment test so a segment can list the sources feeding it

mail_security_test.go

feat: address the review on the loopback mailbox mode by building every mail address with net.JoinHostPort, so an IPv6 literal keeps the brackets a host:port string needs and "::1" on 1143 stops dialling a host called "::1:1143" with no port, by moving the self-hosted half of the rule into the dialers as well as the connect form, because an organization archive exported from a self-hosted instance carries its mailboxes and an import must not hand a hosted worker one that dials its own loopback in the clear, by refusing an unencrypted CSV row on a hosted instance where the API would only reject it a moment later, and by saying in the docs that the port never selects the mode and that the whole 127.0.0.0/8 range counts

2026-09-07 08:27:54 -07:00

mailbox_import.go

feat: check that a verified root redirect actually reaches visitors by opening the domain over http and https and naming what answered instead (Traefik, nginx, Caddy, a rewritten Host header, a missing certificate, a closed port) with per-proxy fix steps in the sending domain drawer, and let a self-hosted instance linked to Warmbly Cloud have Cloud serve and certify its redirects (connect in place from the redirect tab, the bulk dialog or a page banner), with Cloud-side linked-instance redirect endpoints under a per-instance limit, migration 000237, labelled tracking answers and a 503 when the redirect lookup is unavailable, and the sending domains, Warmbly Cloud, data control, install, OpenAPI, API and error code docs updated

2026-09-30 06:04:00 -07:00

mailbox.go

feat: let an IMAP mailbox exclude folders from sync (email_accounts.sync_skip_folders, migration 000196) so a folder another tool fills never reaches the unified inbox: the worker drops skipped folders and their subfolders before the walk, retires an already-synced one with its stored mail, and removes mail that later moves into one only when its Message-ID is found there; PUT /emails/:id/sync and the drawer's Sync card set the list, GET reports it with the server's folder list, warmbly mailbox skip-folders mirrors it, with docs, OpenAPI and error-code invalid_sync_folder

2026-09-22 05:15:49 -07:00

mcp.go

feat: connect external MCP servers whose tools the AI assistant can use - ai_mcp_servers table with bearer tokens sealed by the org DEK cipher (never returned) and SSRF-validated https urls, a dependency-free streamable-HTTP JSON-RPC client (initialize/tools/list/tools/call over safehttp dial-time IP blocking with SSE+JSON handling and body caps), an mcp service that discovers tools on connect and contributes only enabled servers' tools to the dashboard agent as namespaced mcp_<server>_<tool> defs that are always write-class and never auto-allowed, a registry DynamicToolSource hook so per-org tools join the agent's tool set and resume executes them through ToolDefs, /ai/connections CRUD gated on manage_settings with an mcp_server audit entity and spine, a Connections settings page to add servers and review/enable discovered tools, and docs

2026-07-13 20:05:24 +02:00

notification.go

feat: keep automated notifications that need the recipient's action (failed payment, suspended account, suspicious sign-in, sending limit, expiring service) in the inbox with an Action required label, view and mail-that-needs-action notification, let workspace tagging questions also run on automated notifications, add warmblyctl inbox-tag backfill --recheck-notifications, and document it

oauth_app.go

feat: cap every OAuth grant and API key at the delegating member's role (consent narrows scopes and reports the withheld ones, tokens re-check the member's current role at every gate and MCP tool, keys stay within their creator's permissions, mailboxes and IP allowlist), keep OAuth tokens off API key and OAuth app management, require a fresh sign-in to approve an app, revoke a grant whose refresh token is presented twice, count only unexpired grants as installs, seal app webhook secrets under the instance key, name the workspace and flag unverified apps on the consent screen, and let credential managers list and revoke every member's app authorizations

2026-09-12 03:37:31 -07:00

organization_acquisition_test.go

feat: address the CodeRabbit review on the PostHog PR by dropping a referrer that is not a hostname instead of storing its query string or fragment, redacting email-shaped values out of every acquisition field before they reach the database or an analytics property, counting an invited signup which returned before the count was taken, hanging subscription_started off the persisted trial-to-paid transition so a redelivered webhook cannot report a second start, capturing the validated provider in both OAuth mailbox paths including Warmbly Cloud, making the two acquisition toggles mutually exclusive and naming them after what they actually select, and replacing the unsupported CNIL consent-exemption claim with what the guidance says and an explicit note that qualifying is a deployment-specific assessment this document does not make

organization_permission.go

feat: introduce the Use AI organization permission (bit 15, the last of the 16-bit mask) gating every AI surface: assistant session routes, generation write/edit, and the compose and reply draft endpoints get a member-permission layer (API keys re-check their existing bit), migration 000073 backfills the bit onto all existing roles and member overrides so nobody loses access, defaults grant it to admin and manager but not viewer, and the web mirrors it in the permission catalog with gating on the header spark button, Cmd+I, the panel itself, and the AI drafting caret (plus team-roles and endpoint-map docs)

2026-10-05 16:15:56 +00:00

orgrisk.go

feat: give a suspended workspace a way back, because risk_state was a one-way door: the derived band is no longer pinned at suspended by the UPDATE in pg_org_risk, an operator's decision is now an explicit risk_override that outranks the score and survives every later detector write until it is lifted, the one-shot detectors (signup origin, import list quality, repeated sign-in anomalies) file findings with a 30-day expiry that a six-hourly consumer sweep retires so a score falls on its own, migration 000104 backfills that expiry onto findings already on file, and four admin endpoints plus an Abuse posture panel in admin/ let an operator finally read the evidence the customer endpoint withholds, retract a finding, pin a band and lift the pin; also stops the reviewing admin's identity reaching the tenant's own audit feed (which resolves an actor to a name and email) by recording the platform as the actor there and the operator in the admin trail, and stops risk_signals riding along in a customer-downloadable org export

2026-08-28 22:42:57 -07:00

pagination.go

feat: make public API list cursors opaque base64 tokens (internal/utils/paging) instead of raw record UUIDs, decoding on input with a 400 on a bad cursor; admin endpoints keep transparent UUID cursors

2026-06-13 07:18:23 +02:00

param_uuid_test.go

feat: make every admin panel list page past the first and filter by id: bind query-string ids through models.ParamUUID since gin cannot set a uuid.UUID, page the explorers and secondary lists by an opaque offset cursor with an id tiebreak instead of an id keyset that disagreed with the sort, page the audit log on (created_at, id) with an inclusive YYYY-MM-DD end day and read next_cursor on its page, cast every before-date bound to timestamptz, coalesce nullable audit ip and user agent, and report failed admin queries and 5xx mutations to PostHog or Sentry with method, path, status, code and request id

research.go

feat: AI contact research agent that gathers cited web findings per contact with sync and background-batch runs - contact_research_runs table plus a strict save_research schema (every signal and public_artifact must carry a url, confidence high/medium/low, signals<=5 hooks<=3, reject-and-reprompt once then fail), a text/template runtime prompt injecting org voice, contact record, objective, and 5-search/6-fetch budgets, a research service that drives search_web/fetch_url through the provider loop and charges 2 credits on save (billable even for nothing_found, refund-free since charged only on save, balance and abuse-cap pre-checked so a capped org never does free work), POST/GET /contacts/:id/research plus a 500-cap /contacts/research/batch draining through a bounded pool of 4 workers over FOR-UPDATE-SKIP-LOCKED claims (no new Kafka), an org-scoped AI_RESEARCH_PROGRESS realtime event gated to view_contacts, APIPermAIResearch bit 23, a ContactEdit Research tab and a ContactsTable bulk Research action, and docs; also org-scopes every credit and research idempotency key so a client-supplied Idempotency-Key can never replay across tenants

2026-07-13 19:34:11 +02:00

risk.go

feat: replace the worker tier/type/risk-pool/egress categories with a scored placement model and make the fleet pull-based, so a machine joins with one command, workers and consumers share one node registry with usage and liveness, nodes self-update to the version the control plane resolves, and the Hetzner provisioning, worker profiles and SSH orchestrator are removed

2026-09-19 08:15:31 -07:00

unibox_folder_sync_test.go

feat: split a unibox message's provider placement into its own provider_folder column (migration 000146) so Archive and Delete in the thread header survive the next sync without the sync losing the ability to follow a real provider move, and narrow PATCH /unibox/folder to inbox/archive/trash behind the unibox feature gate with an audit entry so the move reaches every teammate's list live

unibox_validtext_test.go

feat: register the release's bus schemas from the booting backend and hold the fleet on its current release until the backend runs the new one and the schema registry accepts them, check every published schema against a recorded snapshot in CI (make schemas) so a change the registry would refuse fails before merge, pin a FORWARD or FULL registry subject to BACKWARD on refusal, bound advisor narration so the run still lands, store unlabelled 8-bit mail with its invalid UTF-8 replaced, treat a pending or credential-less passkey ceremony as a cancellation, and drop link-scanner rejections from site error tracking

warmup_partner_test.go

feat: make warmup spam placement only slow a mailbox down (watch at 10%, half-volume throttle at 20%, never quarantine, block or appeal) and judge it only at Google, Microsoft and Yahoo over verified deliveries, keep small-host spam out of the health bands, warmup and cold ramps and the advisor while still showing it beside the headline rate on the drawer and Deliverability, draw small-host partners whose own filter junks warmup mail less often, send each quarantine or block webhook once plus health_changed, release placement-only quarantines in 000220, and update the warmup, deliverability, advisor and API docs

2026-09-26 22:26:58 -07:00

warmup_placement_test.go

feat: keep warmup out of the customer's own mailbox and off their deliverability record: Gmail foldering now removes INBOX and SENT instead of only labelling, sent copies and reply-backs are filed in both directions, filing is configurable per mailbox (folder/inbox/archive via warmup_placement + warmup_folder, migration 000177), IMAP relocates a moved message by Message-ID so read/important stop no-opping, and a warmup send's bounce notice no longer lands in the unibox or suppresses a pool partner

2026-09-17 20:46:03 -07:00

warmup_retention_test.go

feat: delete warmup mail from each mailbox once past a per-mailbox retention window (email_accounts.warmup_retention_days, else retention.warmup_mail_days, default 30) via a consumer sweep that retires the receipt and sender copy and a worker delete action that trashes on Gmail, deletes on Graph, expunges on IMAP and drops the stored body, prune per-message warmup records after retention.warmup_event_days, and count a warmup deletion as tampering only within 24 hours of arrival and never for a retired message, judging Gmail's Trash label on the same rule

webhook.go

feat: turn automations into a lead-intake path so a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok lead form pushed by Zapier, Make, n8n or any webhook becomes a tagged, campaign-enrolled contact without leaving Warmbly: add the warmbly.upsert_contact and warmbly.add_to_campaign built-in actions with templated field mapping, custom fields, tags, campaign and an if-exists policy, fire a rich contact.created event from the one contact write path (silent for file imports, sheet syncs and API batches over 100) and expose contact.created and form.submitted as automation triggers with condition fields, variables and sample data, carry an automation depth through events raised by an action so a flow that creates a contact cannot re-trigger itself past five hops, stamp automation-created contacts with the new automation source (migration 000129), share the campaign picker between the sheet sync wizard and the automation builder, document lead intake in the automations, Zapier, Make, contacts, forms, integrations, expressions and webhook pages plus a new n8n guide, mirror the new triggers and actions on the marketing automations page, and drop the 34 MB cli binary that was committed by mistake
