Matthew Meszaros 49acd51b64 feat: stop one recurring fault burying error tracking by reporting it once per five minutes with the count it stands for, keep a cache outage from answering every signed-in request with a 500 and from taking realtime down by treating an unreachable Redis as a miss and the websocket handshake nonce nothing reads as best-effort, answer a 5xx with a sentence the reader can act on while the call site's own words go to the log against the same request id, prefer the API's own message over the HTTP class in the admin and dashboard clients, and name the fix on a schema registry refusal, an SES sandbox rejection and a mailbox check that could not be run

AccessLockedDialog.tsx

feat: open a full-screen upgrade dialog from every plan lock (sidebar rows, the unified inbox frosted overlay, the free-workspace screen) with the four plan cards, a monthly/annual toggle with animated prices, the unlocking plan highlighted, promo codes and one-click Stripe checkout or in-place plan change through a shared useUpgradeFlow hook that the billing page now uses too, return the Stripe redirect to the originating page and settle it in place, and add a plans and billing guide

AppHeader.tsx

feat: collapse the left navigation to an icon rail, drag the unibox conversation list against the thread, and remember the contact rail toggle instead of reopening it on every conversation (#479)

2026-09-13 01:09:29 -07:00

AppLayout.tsx

feat(web): sky-chrome dashboard shell with Vercel-style breadcrumb

AppNav.tsx

feat: correct mailbox sending metrics and workspace analytics across dashboard surfaces

2026-09-16 21:44:42 -07:00

AppShell.tsx

feat: stop the unibox conversation list resetting to the top when an email is opened, by keying the app shell's route boundary and Suspense on route identity rather than the raw pathname (the open thread is a path segment, so every click was remounting the whole page), remembering each list's scroll offset across remounts and the mobile display:none pane, patching mark-as-read into the query cache instead of refetching every loaded page, and auto-loading the next page at the end of the list (issue #396)

BetaPill.tsx

fix: a granted plan unlocks nothing, and Turnstile never renders (#474)

CreditsMeter.tsx

feat: rebuild the new-campaign wizard with animated step transitions, a numbered stepper, the shared Toggle instead of a broken hand-rolled switch, per-step validation that explains itself and a discard guard, register PopoverMenu's click-outside in the capture phase so dropdowns inside dialogs close on click-away, add a Campaigns back link and clickable breadcrumb crumbs, add a From contacts leads picker with category filter and select-all-matching backed by the bulk add_campaigns path whose SQL now scopes campaigns by organization instead of the caller, and stop self-hosted no-billing deployments presenting as a free trial or plan-metered by exposing billing_enabled on GET /auth/config, showing a Self-hosted badge, hiding Billing and Refer & earn, and reporting AI credits as unlimited with the header gauge and cost copy hidden

2026-08-18 07:48:58 -07:00

DynamicBreadcrumb.tsx

feat: fold segments into the contacts area instead of a separate nav item: a Contacts layout with All contacts, Segments and Categories tabs, segment pages moved to /app/contacts/segments, a new Categories tab with live counts, rename, color, create and delete, a Save as segment button in the contact filter panel that opens the editor with the filters mapped to conditions, and ?category= pre-filtering of the contact list

ErrorBoundary.tsx

feat: stop one recurring fault burying error tracking by reporting it once per five minutes with the count it stands for, keep a cache outage from answering every signed-in request with a 500 and from taking realtime down by treating an unreachable Redis as a miss and the websocket handshake nonce nothing reads as best-effort, answer a 5xx with a sentence the reader can act on while the call site's own words go to the log against the same request id, prefer the API's own message over the HTTP class in the admin and dashboard clients, and name the fix on a schema registry refusal, an SES sandbox rejection and a mailbox check that could not be run

index.ts

feat(web): shared Page primitives + refactor 10 pages to use them

2026-05-22 15:11:47 +00:00

LockedSurface.tsx

feat: open a full-screen upgrade dialog from every plan lock (sidebar rows, the unified inbox frosted overlay, the free-workspace screen) with the four plan cards, a monthly/annual toggle with animated prices, the unlocking plan highlighted, promo codes and one-click Stripe checkout or in-place plan change through a shared useUpgradeFlow hook that the billing page now uses too, return the Stripe redirect to the originating page and settle it in place, and add a plans and billing guide

2026-09-04 04:03:44 -07:00

NoAccess.tsx

feat: add usePermission hook + a NoAccess surface that explains which permission a member is missing instead of rendering a blank page

2026-06-11 13:19:24 +02:00

NotificationBell.tsx

feat: enforce the persisted SPF/DKIM/DMARC state as a real cold-send and warmup gate behind a 72h grace clock and an operator toggle, after first fixing the DMARC organizational-domain fallback in dnsauth so a dedicated sending subdomain covered by its parent's record stops reading as unauthenticated, adding auth_state to the four mailbox loaders that never selected it (which would have made the gate dead code), stamping auth_failing_since on entry to failing so a resolver hiccup can never stop a campaign, notifying the org on that transition, and reporting an all-gated pool as ErrDomainAuthFailing instead of a message about sending windows (#160)

2026-08-22 09:37:26 -07:00

OrgSwitcher.tsx

feat: improve app routing and browser chrome

2026-06-04 08:55:26 +02:00

Page.tsx

feat: stop the campaign detail tabs triple-padding phones: the Leads tab renders its full-bleed contacts page without the extra 20px wrapper and the other tabs use a 12px gutter below sm, the campaign name truncates with min-w-0 so its status and One-time pills wrap under it instead of pushing off screen, stat strip cells lose vertical padding on phones, and the templates body, API key meta row, delivery hours grid and the AI variable dialog's 300px sample pane collapse or stack below sm/md

2026-09-03 01:42:00 -07:00

PendingDeletionBar.tsx

feat: make the dashboard fully mobile compatible

PlanPill.tsx

feat: rebuild the new-campaign wizard with animated step transitions, a numbered stepper, the shared Toggle instead of a broken hand-rolled switch, per-step validation that explains itself and a discard guard, register PopoverMenu's click-outside in the capture phase so dropdowns inside dialogs close on click-away, add a Campaigns back link and clickable breadcrumb crumbs, add a From contacts leads picker with category filter and select-all-matching backed by the bulk add_campaigns path whose SQL now scopes campaigns by organization instead of the caller, and stop self-hosted no-billing deployments presenting as a free trial or plan-metered by exposing billing_enabled on GET /auth/config, showing a Self-hosted badge, hiding Billing and Refer & earn, and reporting AI credits as unlimited with the header gauge and cost copy hidden

SkyChrome.tsx

Revert "refactor(web): linear-style theme — dense, neutral, no chrome"

SubscriptionGate.tsx

feat: replace the purple lock card with a full-screen plan chooser on the auth screen's sky (warm 10 mailboxes free, self-host and link, or choose a plan), give the hosted Accounts page a two-path panel (connect a mailbox here, or self-host for free and link the instance) that collapses to a usage strip once mailboxes exist, drop indigo from the access dialog, describe the free plan honestly in the catalog, and default the transactional email footer to the real company details (Mindroot Ltd, 16543299, 71-75 Shelton Street)

2026-08-29 08:48:13 -07:00

SubscriptionLockedScreen.tsx

feat: open a full-screen upgrade dialog from every plan lock (sidebar rows, the unified inbox frosted overlay, the free-workspace screen) with the four plan cards, a monthly/annual toggle with animated prices, the unlocking plan highlighted, promo codes and one-click Stripe checkout or in-place plan change through a shared useUpgradeFlow hook that the billing page now uses too, return the Stripe redirect to the originating page and settle it in place, and add a plans and billing guide

2026-09-04 04:03:44 -07:00

ThemeProvider.tsx

feat: force the dashboard light-only (theme resolver and ThemeProvider never apply the .dark root class) and drop the dark/system theme commands from the command palette, fixing the palette rendering dark inside the all-white app on a dark-mode OS

ThemeToggle.tsx

UpdateDialog.tsx

feat: address review on self-hosted updates: the updater no longer re-locks its mutex when a job finishes (every job used to deadlock at completion and freeze the status API), the backend caches the updater view so the member version pill, the health checks and the admin poll share one read and an absent updater is reported as not running rather than broken, the bare-metal upgrade builds unprivileged and hands off to a root-owned fixed-path installer that refuses symlinks so sudoers allows one command instead of install/cp/rm/chown/chmod/systemctl/ln, the installer fails when the backend does not come back, the seed image gets the version build args, the dashboard gates the update action on manage_settings and stops polling a backend that answers 404, and revived timestamps are typed as Date

2026-09-03 05:04:30 -07:00

UpgradeDialog.tsx

feat: keep every recipient-facing and self-host-facing address on the deployment's own domain: mint unsubscribe links on a workspace's verified tracking domain (served by the tracking service, proxied to the backend that owns the pages), attach RFC 8058 one-click only over https, resolve all branding through config.Brand() gated on SelfHosted() so a self-host's email footer, sign-in links, stats card, API example and public form badge name nobody else, drop the app.warmbly.com fallback from AppBaseURL, blank TRACKING_DOMAIN and FORMS_DOMAIN on core-only installs, and have install.sh offer to configure a fresh interactive install instead of silently defaulting to localhost

2026-09-09 06:34:43 -07:00

UserNav.tsx

feat: collapse the left navigation to an icon rail, drag the unibox conversation list against the thread, and remember the contact rail toggle instead of reopening it on every conversation (#479)
