feat: fix the draft review card to a fixed width so the Adjust input spans it fully with the send button flush right, make the header credits meter foresight-first (ring plus plan left/allowance, or spent/limit today|wk|mo when a spend limit is configured, plus a +N for purchased credits, all without opening the panel), and surface keybindings across the AI flow: the selection pill shows an inline mod+J kbd chip and mod+J with a selection actually opens the editor, the caret companion keeps mod+J for the collapsed caret, and both popovers show enter/esc hints including esc-to-cancel while generating
