ci: regenerate tasks.pb.go with protoc 33.6 to match CI installer

2026-05-23 17:10:40 +00:00

ai_variables.go

feat: resolve per-recipient AI variables in the campaign task before tracking, threading surrounding email context and caching results per contact and step

2026-07-22 17:05:08 +02:00

auto_pause_reason_test.go

feat: reword the no-eligible-mailbox pause on the start endpoint, the task auto-pause, and its test to name the only cause left (a sending behaviour profile with no working days) now that budget and window gates defer

2026-09-03 20:18:43 -07:00

campaign_chain_live_test.go

feat: take back a campaign pass the task queue refused so the retry that follows a failed hand-off can seed one that runs

2026-09-24 20:12:29 -07:00

campaign_copies_test.go

feat: keep a refused lead copy from spending the lead's send attempts, drop campaign-wide CC and BCC addresses that bounced on the campaign, resolve copies only for email steps, fail a reply or link unsubscribe when the lead's copies cannot be read instead of guessing, credit a copy's message to a lead only when it replies in a thread, show each copy's status in the Leads CC badge, and close the CC picker on Escape from any focused child

2026-09-29 10:11:17 -07:00

campaign_copies.go

feat: keep a refused lead copy from spending the lead's send attempts, drop campaign-wide CC and BCC addresses that bounced on the campaign, resolve copies only for email steps, fail a reply or link unsubscribe when the lead's copies cannot be read instead of guessing, credit a copy's message to a lead only when it replies in a thread, show each copy's status in the Leads CC badge, and close the CC picker on Escape from any focused child

2026-09-29 10:11:17 -07:00

campaign_daily_budget_live_test.go

feat: add live tests proving wake-ups leave the daily budget and min-gap untouched, real sends still count, and a capped campaign parks a wake-up with a single daily log line instead of pausing

2026-09-03 20:18:43 -07:00

campaign_lead_hold_live_test.go

feat: hold a lead whose mailbox answers out of office until they are back, resuming at the return date it names, plus a manual per-contact pause in one campaign that unsubscribing and the suppression list were the only stand-ins for

2026-09-14 09:26:06 -07:00

campaign_lead_refusal_live_test.go

feat: stop one un-sendable lead parking a whole campaign and stop the contact drawer's next-action time walking forward on every refresh (issue #437 ): route up to config.CampaignPlacementCandidates due leads per pass instead of one, classify a placement refusal that belongs to a single lead (ESP-strict finding no mailbox for that recipient's provider, a bound lead inside its own mailbox's minimum gap or waiting for it to reopen, a recipient's send-time-optimized hours) as the new ErrLeadDeferred so the pass moves to the lead behind them and only defers the campaign when every candidate is refused, log the ESP-strict deferral once a day rather than once per refused lead per tick, and make PreviewContactSend a pure read that answers unchanged state identically on every call by running placement with the even-distribution, jitter, conflict-resolution, distribution-curve and sub-minute layers off, taking a behaviour profile's gap at its floor instead of drawing it, picking the mailbox deterministically instead of re-rolling rotation, reporting the next sending day's first open minute instead of a jittered twenty-four-hours-from-now, and reporting a due step's time as the campaign chain's own stored wakeup

2026-09-12 02:58:48 -07:00

campaign_lead_sender_live_test.go

feat: stop one un-sendable lead parking a whole campaign and stop the contact drawer's next-action time walking forward on every refresh (issue #437 ): route up to config.CampaignPlacementCandidates due leads per pass instead of one, classify a placement refusal that belongs to a single lead (ESP-strict finding no mailbox for that recipient's provider, a bound lead inside its own mailbox's minimum gap or waiting for it to reopen, a recipient's send-time-optimized hours) as the new ErrLeadDeferred so the pass moves to the lead behind them and only defers the campaign when every candidate is refused, log the ESP-strict deferral once a day rather than once per refused lead per tick, and make PreviewContactSend a pure read that answers unchanged state identically on every call by running placement with the even-distribution, jitter, conflict-resolution, distribution-curve and sub-minute layers off, taking a behaviour profile's gap at its floor instead of drawing it, picking the mailbox deterministically instead of re-rolling rotation, reporting the next sending day's first open minute instead of a jittered twenty-four-hours-from-now, and reporting a due step's time as the campaign chain's own stored wakeup

2026-09-12 02:58:48 -07:00

campaign_multi_sender_reply_live_test.go

feat: scope campaign analytics to an optional from/to send cohort (summary, step performance, engagement and the daily chart read the same UTC days, total_contacts and emails_pending stay campaign-wide, date_range reports the resolved period), count the whole last day in campaign compare and daily stats, add a 7d/30d/90d/all-time/custom period picker to the campaign overview and its share image, take the period in get_campaign_stats, the warmbly and warmblyctl CLIs and the Make and Zapier modules, close a date picker's calendar alone on Escape, and document it in the analytics guide, API reference, MCP table and OpenAPI

2026-09-26 22:42:19 -07:00

campaign_reconciler.go

feat: wake a freshly seeded campaign chain (start, resume, schedule edit, reconciler re-seed) as soon as a lead is due instead of at the paced slot of the send after it, and let leads added to a waiting campaign pull its deferral recheck forward while leaving a sending tick's paced successor alone (scheduler.WakeSlot, CampaignRepository.LastTickSent)

2026-09-24 01:43:58 -07:00

campaign_send_live_test.go

feat: stop a campaign email going out twice when the progress write after dispatch is lost: a step is now RESERVED before its SEND_EMAIL reaches the bus (migration 000093 adds campaign_contact_progress.dispatched_at + dispatch_task_id, and ReserveSend takes the claim and the day's counters in one transaction) and routing treats a step as attempted on sent_at OR dispatched_at, so a crash or a failed stamp in the dispatch window can no longer read as "never sent" and email the same person again; the ON CONFLICT claim is exactly-once so two ticks racing the same pair cannot both send (the loser ends skipped_duplicate), the stamp is retried and escalated to the campaign feed instead of warned and swallowed, HandleEmailSent repairs a lost stamp from the worker's own confirmation, ReleaseSend gives a reservation back only when the command provably never left (a publish failure is ambiguous via ErrSendDispatchUnknown and keeps it), and StartStuckSendReclaimer walks back a reservation nobody answered after 30 minutes so a worker that died mid-send cannot park a lead in flight forever; live-tested in TestLiveLostProgressWriteDoesNotResend, TestLiveDispatchedSendIsNeverOfferedTwice, TestLiveConcurrentTicksSendOnce, TestLiveStuckDispatchIsReclaimed, TestLiveReclaimBelievesADeliveredSend and TestLiveInFlightSendIsNotOfferedAgain

2026-08-24 09:15:06 -07:00

campaign_sender_attribution_live_test.go

feat: add live regression tests proving replies to a campaign rotating across several mailboxes stamp each lead as replied and reach the campaign reply count, with and without thread headers, and document in the analytics guide that each lead's reply is expected in the mailbox that wrote to them

2026-09-19 04:05:34 -07:00

campaign_silent_pool_live_test.go

feat: report the one silent state a campaign had no words for, a mailbox pool that is part out of budget and part outside its own sending hours, which fell between the 'every mailbox is capped, sending resumes tomorrow' line and the deliberately unlogged closed-hours band and so left an active campaign sending nothing with an empty activity feed; give it its own line under the mailboxes_unavailable event the pool's other refusals already use, naming how many mailboxes are in each state and carrying the moment the pool comes back in metadata rather than promising a day, while leaving daily_cap_reached to mean exactly what it meant before, every usable mailbox spent and nothing coming back until tomorrow

2026-09-12 03:47:36 -07:00

campaign_stall_live_test.go

feat: classify a campaign's parked wakeup itself as a sending tick's paced successor (IsPacedSuccessor: the preceding tick sent and completed within a minute of the park) so a reconciler re-seed or deferral recheck is pulled forward when leads arrive, skip cancelled ticks, and qualify the campaigns guide's first-send timing by mailbox window, cap and gap

2026-09-24 01:56:23 -07:00

campaign_task_live_test.go

feat: send each mailbox's reply-to as a Reply-To header on campaign, unibox, test and placement mail (never warmup), record it on every campaign send attempt (tasks.reply_to, migration 000236) and credit a reply landing in that shared reply inbox to the campaign and its sending mailbox across reply attribution, the sync priority lane and copied-contact replies, show the sending mailbox on thread messages, recent activity and the reply webhook, start unibox and inbox-agent replies from the mailbox that emailed the contact, flag an untracked reply-to in mailbox settings, let the sandbox simulator answer Reply-To, and document the shared reply inbox (#756 )

2026-09-30 05:33:34 -07:00

campaign_task.go

feat: send each mailbox's reply-to as a Reply-To header on campaign, unibox, test and placement mail (never warmup), record it on every campaign send attempt (tasks.reply_to, migration 000236) and credit a reply landing in that shared reply inbox to the campaign and its sending mailbox across reply attribution, the sync priority lane and copied-contact replies, show the sending mailbox on thread messages, recent activity and the reply webhook, start unibox and inbox-agent replies from the mailbox that emailed the contact, flag an untracked reply-to in mailbox settings, let the sandbox simulator answer Reply-To, and document the shared reply inbox (#756 )

2026-09-30 05:33:34 -07:00

campaign_thread_live_test.go

fix: campaign follow-ups opened a new conversation instead of replying in the contact's thread, so carry In-Reply-To/References and the Gmail threadId from the previous send, give every step a reply-in-thread switch, and let a threading step inherit the conversation's subject (issue #472 ) (#489 )

2026-09-13 20:51:41 -07:00

campaign_undeliverable_live_test.go

feat: stop one undeliverable address from wedging a whole campaign, and stop the pre-send verifier from inventing the verdict that caused it: campaign routing in FindNextRoutedPair now excludes contacts whose address verification refused them (invalid, or risky with the campaign's send-to-risky toggle off) because the pre-send gates in campaign_task.go skip those without recording progress, so the finder re-served the same lead every tick and the campaign never reached the healthy leads behind it; the SMTP prober no longer reads every 5xx reply to RCPT TO as a dead mailbox, since Postfix defers HELO/sender/policy rejections to RCPT time and the old default greeting of localhost made them arrive as 504 5.5.2 Helo command rejected against the recipient, so a 5xx now becomes invalid only when the reply names the recipient and degrades to unknown otherwise; the HELO name falls back to the APP_URL host and the probe is skipped outright without a public FQDN; migration 000095 resets the verdicts the corrected classifier would no longer reach so poisoned contacts are re-verified; and skipped leads now report as undeliverable in the Leads view and in the campaign completion log instead of sitting at Queued forever

2026-08-26 06:03:20 -07:00

content_gate.go

feat: locate every content-check issue in the subject or the body with the exact fragments that caused it and a one-line fix, add POST /templates/analyze running the configured LLM over a campaign template for located spam findings quoted verbatim from the copy plus a rewritten subject and an overall score, verify every model quote against the draft so an invented sentence is dropped rather than shown, pin the analysis temperature so re-checking unchanged copy returns the same number, and give the editor panel a Re-check button that re-runs both passes and reports the movement since the last check

2026-09-10 09:28:00 -07:00

content_lint.go

feat: add warmup content controls

2026-06-03 05:05:53 +02:00

directed_partner_gate_test.go

fix: honour a warmup routing rule of weight 0 as an exclusion, dropping the pair before the draw and refusing it on the reply-back, so a pool of one can no longer smuggle an excluded partner past a weighting (#501 ) (#504 )

2026-09-14 03:36:04 -07:00

dispatch.go

feat: open inbox placement tests to workspaces with probes rendered like the campaign send and paced as placement tasks, Message-ID matching instead of a subject token and warmup header, instance, workspace and Warmbly Cloud seed panels, a tracking comparison, scheduled campaign monitors with alerts and optional auto-pause, monthly allowances, realtime updates and org transfer registration

2026-09-25 20:48:15 -07:00

email_sender_reply_to_test.go

feat: send each mailbox's reply-to as a Reply-To header on campaign, unibox, test and placement mail (never warmup), record it on every campaign send attempt (tasks.reply_to, migration 000236) and credit a reply landing in that shared reply inbox to the campaign and its sending mailbox across reply attribution, the sync priority lane and copied-contact replies, show the sending mailbox on thread messages, recent activity and the reply webhook, start unibox and inbox-agent replies from the mailbox that emailed the contact, flag an untracked reply-to in mailbox settings, let the sandbox simulator answer Reply-To, and document the shared reply inbox (#756 )

feat: send each mailbox's reply-to as a Reply-To header on campaign, unibox, test and placement mail (never warmup), record it on every campaign send attempt (tasks.reply_to, migration 000236) and credit a reply landing in that shared reply inbox to the campaign and its sending mailbox across reply attribution, the sync priority lane and copied-contact replies, show the sending mailbox on thread messages, recent activity and the reply webhook, start unibox and inbox-agent replies from the mailbox that emailed the contact, flag an untracked reply-to in mailbox settings, let the sandbox simulator answer Reply-To, and document the shared reply inbox (#756 )

2026-09-30 05:33:34 -07:00

email_task.go

feat: limit the Warmup plan to the premium pool and uncapped mailboxes by gating sending, the inbox, AI, integrations, placement tests and paid storage on a plan that sends (HasProductPlan, with HasPremiumWarmup for pool placement), report 0 daily sends and refuse non-mailbox limit requests for workspaces that do not send, lock Warmup workspaces in the dashboard like free ones, show only the mailbox meter for them, and show the yearly price on yearly subscriptions

2026-09-28 09:16:42 -07:00

form_links_test.go

feat: forms v2, a full redesign of the hosted form and its builder: eight one-click themes, card/wide/split layouts with a brand cover panel, classic paged and Typeform-style focus modes split on a new page_break block, logo/cover/background uploads with size, fit and veil controls, an optional header bar that can span the page or sit with the form, a real HSV colour picker and font preview, per-contact personalized links that prefill and attribute without email verification, a render-token gate so the form JSON cannot be scraped without loading the page, funnel analytics with per-page drop-off and identified visitors, a leads-style forms list and responses table, and an organization custom forms domain verified by CNAME with hourly re-checks

html_email_test.go

fix: put the mailbox signature and the opt-out footer inside the container an HTML email was laid out in instead of after it, by locating that container with a new offset-keeping outline scan in internal/pkg/mailhtml and splicing into it, and centring the line on the card's own width when a builder export has no single container to sit in, so neither renders hard left in the page background any more (issue #462 ) (#505 )

2026-09-14 08:11:52 -07:00

links.go

feat: leave a link whose URL has no host untouched by click tracking, since a ticket for it could never redirect

2026-09-03 04:00:33 -07:00

optout_link_test.go

fix: shorten recipient unsubscribe links to 22-character, 128-bit stored tickets (#498 ) (#525 )

2026-09-15 00:42:45 -07:00

optout_origin_test.go

feat: keep every recipient-facing and self-host-facing address on the deployment's own domain: mint unsubscribe links on a workspace's verified tracking domain (served by the tracking service, proxied to the backend that owns the pages), attach RFC 8058 one-click only over https, resolve all branding through config.Brand() gated on SelfHosted() so a self-host's email footer, sign-in links, stats card, API example and public form badge name nobody else, drop the app.warmbly.com fallback from AppBaseURL, blank TRACKING_DOMAIN and FORMS_DOMAIN on core-only installs, and have install.sh offer to configure a fresh interactive install instead of silently defaulting to localhost

partner_selection_buckets_test.go

feat: make warmup spam placement only slow a mailbox down (watch at 10%, half-volume throttle at 20%, never quarantine, block or appeal) and judge it only at Google, Microsoft and Yahoo over verified deliveries, keep small-host spam out of the health bands, warmup and cold ramps and the advisor while still showing it beside the headline rate on the drawer and Deliverability, draw small-host partners whose own filter junks warmup mail less often, send each quarantine or block webhook once plus health_changed, release placement-only quarantines in 000220, and update the warmup, deliverability, advisor and API docs

2026-09-26 22:26:58 -07:00

partner_selection_org_test.go

feat: make warmup refunds atomic, count confirmed partner diversity in local and cloud mailbox views, and document cloud-safe mailbox deletion

2026-09-17 21:15:28 -07:00

partner_selection_test.go

feat: weight warmup partners by the sender's verified spam rate per recipient mail host instead of per address domain, report deliverability warmup placement and the placement_in_spam webhook by mail host, mark IMAP warmup mail not-junk before it leaves Junk, send single-part text mail over SMTP with a fixed header order, and update the warmup, deliverability, analytics, webhook and OpenAPI docs

2026-09-26 06:30:22 -07:00

placement_compare_test.go

feat: render each seed's copy of a placement tracking comparison once, seal it with the workspace key in placement_renders, and send it from both halves so the pixel and wrapped links are the only difference, with a refusal frozen for the pair, the copy pruned when the comparison ends, excluded from workspace exports, and documented in the placement, export and data-control pages

2026-09-29 09:34:32 -07:00

preview.go

fix: shorten recipient unsubscribe links to 22-character, 128-bit stored tickets (#498 ) (#525 )

2026-09-15 00:42:45 -07:00

service.go

feat: open inbox placement tests to workspaces with probes rendered like the campaign send and paced as placement tasks, Message-ID matching instead of a subject token and warmup header, instance, workspace and Warmbly Cloud seed panels, a tracking comparison, scheduled campaign monitors with alerts and optional auto-pause, monthly allowances, realtime updates and org transfer registration

spintax.go

feat: preview campaign templates

2026-06-08 15:04:53 +02:00

step_attachments_test.go

feat: send the files a step actually carries by honouring campaign_attachments.sequence_id in the send, test-send and preview paths instead of attaching every campaign file to every step, count them per step in the preflight content score, and refuse an upload naming another campaign's step

2026-09-04 06:16:16 -07:00

switch_step.go

feat: scope the tag, category and folder registries and unibox conversation labels to the organization instead of the creating user, so a teammate sees and can edit the labels the owner made, splitting a label two workspaces shared into one copy each and guarding every label write against ids from another workspace (#457 )

2026-09-12 03:37:31 -07:00

template_test.go

feat: match the closing body tag case-insensitively when placing the mailbox signature so a pasted document written with </BODY> still gets it inside the body, drop a step preview response whose request has been superseded so an out-of-order reply cannot repaint stale copy, and keep pulling mailbox pages in the preview sender picker while an enabled campaign sender is still unaccounted for

2026-09-04 03:11:53 -07:00

template.go

feat: unibox forward carries the original message, attached server-side from a new forward_message_id on POST /unibox/reply and stored on the queued task (migration 000208) so it goes out under the note and signature with its From, Date, Subject, To and Cc lines, sanitized HTML and text part; the composer allows an empty note and previews the forwarded message (#668 )

2026-09-23 21:22:17 -07:00

test_email.go

fix: shorten recipient unsubscribe links to 22-character, 128-bit stored tickets (#498 ) (#525 )

2026-09-15 00:42:45 -07:00

tracking_host_test.go

feat: make a custom tracking domain verifiable instead of permanently "Pending DNS": the CNAME target is now this install's TRACKING_DOMAIN rather than a hardcoded t.warmbly.com that resolves nowhere, matching is exact on the label boundary (or on shared addresses, so a provider-flattened CNAME stops reading as no record at all) instead of strings.Contains, and every outcome carries the reason plus what DNS actually returned, including when the tracking host the customer is told to point at has no record of its own; a pasted URL is normalized to its host and a malformed one is rejected up front instead of saved and left pending forever; only a VERIFIED mailbox domain is used at send time with the shared host as the fallback and a campaign-feed entry saying why; pixels and click tickets are built from the configured host, and with none configured mail ships untracked rather than carrying links to another deployment's tracking service; adds GET /emails/:id/track and POST /emails/:id/track/verify plus an hourly re-resolution sweep so a record that propagates later starts being used and one that breaks stops routing links; and scopes the tracking-domain write by organization like the read, which also fixes GET /emails/:id passing a user id to an org-scoped query and 404ing for every caller

2026-08-24 09:02:29 -07:00

tracking_host.go

feat(analytics): report on mail written by hand, with opt-in open and click tracking per mailbox

2026-09-17 10:26:25 +00:00

tracking_links_test.go

feat: prevent sender views from tracking opens and keep sent messages out of the default Inbox (#542 )

2026-09-16 03:42:58 -07:00

unibox_reply_thread_live_test.go

feat: resolve a Unibox reply's Gmail thread per sending mailbox (its own copy of the conversation, or the thread its earlier reply started, and none for other providers or on a failed lookup keeps the handle), honour an API key's mailbox allowlist on scheduled list and cancel, fall back from a saved mailbox that is gone and block Send until the sender can send, fetch From candidates only when the picker opens, and fix the Unibox threading and drafts docs

2026-09-23 21:29:24 -07:00

user_email_forward_test.go

feat: unibox forward requires READ_UNIBOX alongside WRITE_UNIBOX, restores click tickets in a forwarded Warmbly send to their destinations, fills an empty-placeholder HTML note from its text, previews an empty-note forward in the Scheduled view, keeps a reply's leading blank lines, shares the stored-body read with GET /unibox/:id, and shows the Reply/Forward bar when a forward's message is no longer in the thread

2026-09-23 21:38:59 -07:00

user_email_task.go

Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/main' into fix/unibox-forward-original-message

2026-09-23 21:48:54 -07:00

feat: automate warmup conversation generation, coherent replies, adaptive rotation, and admin observability

2026-07-22 12:11:19 +02:00

warmup_cross_tier_fallback_live_test.go

feat: borrow the best proven free warmup mailboxes whenever a premium mailbox has fewer outside-workspace partners than max(25, its warmup ceiling) so siblings no longer block borrowing, keep a quarter of every inbox's daily warmup capacity for premium senders, and show the pool and any partner cap on today's target in the mailbox drawer

2026-09-25 21:47:36 -07:00

warmup_partner_routing_live_test.go

feat: weight warmup partners by the sender's verified spam rate per recipient mail host instead of per address domain, report deliverability warmup placement and the placement_in_spam webhook by mail host, mark IMAP warmup mail not-junk before it leaves Junk, send single-part text mail over SMTP with a fixed header order, and update the warmup, deliverability, analytics, webhook and OpenAPI docs

2026-09-26 06:30:22 -07:00

warmup_pool_reconcile_test.go

feat: keep a mailbox in exactly one warmup pool so a plan change moves it instead of leaving it in both: EnsurePoolMembership joined whichever pool the org is entitled to right now while RemovePoolMembership only ever deleted that same pool's row, so a downgraded mailbox kept its premium membership and went on being handed to paying customers as a warmup partner while every spam-score increment was counted once per row by the health evaluator; membership is now a move (one upsert keyed on the account that carries health state, block and spam score across, so changing pool cannot launder a penalty), removal is never pool-scoped, a tier change moves the participant row in the same transaction as email_accounts.warmup_pool_type, a new reconcile pass in the backend's warmup sweep evicts participants whose workspace lost warmup access and repairs pool drift for the mailboxes no warmup task ever revisits, an unreadable subscription no longer counts as "not entitled" anywhere that evicts, GetSpamScore takes the max rather than the sum and IncrementSpamScore clamps to the column ceiling instead of silently failing its CHECK, and migration 000097 merges any existing dual membership worst-wins before making one-pool-per-mailbox a unique index

2026-08-27 03:02:56 -07:00

warmup_pool_type_test.go

feat: limit the Warmup plan to the premium pool and uncapped mailboxes by gating sending, the inbox, AI, integrations, placement tests and paid storage on a plan that sends (HasProductPlan, with HasPremiumWarmup for pool placement), report 0 daily sends and refuse non-mailbox limit requests for workspaces that do not send, lock Warmup workspaces in the dashboard like free ones, show only the mailbox meter for them, and show the yearly price on yearly subscriptions

2026-09-28 09:16:42 -07:00

feat: let a self-hosted instance warm its mailboxes in the hosted pool: device-code link approved at /connect, instance-token API that enrolls SMTP/IMAP mailboxes as warmup-only accounts (no history import, non-warmup mail dropped), free for 10 mailboxes and unlimited on the seeded $15 pool plan, tier fallback to proven healthy mailboxes when a pool runs thin, local warmup stands down for enrolled mailboxes, Settings > Warmbly Cloud step flow and linked-instances page, docs guide, marketing copy, and fix SetWarmupLifecycle re-reading the row with an org-scoped lookup so every warmup start/pause returned 404
