feat: add an optional Favorites section to the top of the unibox scope rail that gathers starred Mail, Views, Mailboxes, Labels and Tags rows with live counts, starred from any row's menu or the Mail and Views edit mode, folding, moving, reordering and renaming like the other sections, removable with undo, remembered per browser, with tests and the unibox guide updated (closes #743)
