Matthew Meszaros ea85dbc1cf feat: seed labels into the sandbox org (folders/tags/categories for sandbox@warmbly.test bound to mailboxes, campaigns, contacts, and four inbox threads, idempotent with a dedicated UUID namespace) and restyle the thread label dropdown to the house picker language: assigned labels show as colored chips right in the trigger with a +N overflow, the panel gets a search-or-create header, a removable assigned-chips row, color-dotted checkbox rows with an assigned marker, a friendly empty state, and a footer noting the shared category registry and the c shortcut
