Some user-facing strings still said "Bulwark" on a deployment with its own
APP_NAME: Settings > General > Default apps (protocol handlers), the "Open
Bulwark" notification, the rate-limit banner and toast, the plugin connect
dialog, one plugin permission text and the connector page.
These strings now take an {appName} placeholder, filled by productName():
the configured APP_NAME, or "Bulwark" when it is unset or the default
"Webmail" (the same rule as the TOTP issuer and the About card, #1160).
A stock install reads as before.
The settings search (the settings page and api.app.searchSettings) indexes
these texts with the name filled in, so "bulwark" or the configured name
finds Default apps and no result carries the raw placeholder.
Locales: the 13 keys in every locale that has "Bulwark" in them. Languages
that inflect the name (cs, et, hu, ko, ro, sk, tr) use a neutral form such
as "{appName} uygulamasında" instead of a declined "Bulwark'ta"; a native
check of those is welcome.
Not changed on purpose: the mobile app, push relay, Lite, demo and admin
texts, which speak about Bulwark itself.

Complete Estonian translation (every key in en), wired into the locale list, the message loaders, the language switcher (with an Estonian flag drawn in the Twemoji style, since Twemoji's set is not used for it) and the locale-count test.

The client-side IntlProvider keeps its own build-time message map next
to the ones in i18n/routing.ts and i18n/request.ts, and ca and mn never
made it in. Picking either language merged an empty object over the
English base, so the UI stayed English no matter what the picker said
(#756); the server request config and routing both knew the locales,
the client map was the only gap. Register both and pin the map to the
routing list with a test so a locale cannot ship half-wired again.
components/providers/intl-provider.tsx keeps its own static ALL_MESSAGES
map separate from i18n/request.ts's server-side loader. It was missed
when ar was added, so switching to Arabic flipped to RTL (direction.ts
knew about ar) but rendered English text (messages lookup fell through
to the en fallback).
Adds locales/ro/common.json and wires ro through routing, request,
intl-provider, the language switcher and the flag list. Plurals use
Romanian one/few/other forms.
Add client-side calendar event notification system that evaluates JMAP
CalendarEventAlert triggers and displays toast notifications when alert
times are reached. Includes configurable notification sound, acknowledged
alert persistence, and proactive event fetching for background alerts.
Also mounts ToastContainer globally to fix silent toast failures.
