Linus Rath a8cccf1ad1 fix: keep occurrence alert edits on 1.0 and count the organizer
Fixes from a second review of the Stalwart 1.0 calendar work.

- Changing the alerts of one occurrence of a series that uses the
calendar's default alerts said "Event updated" and kept the default
on 1.0: while a series uses them, 1.0 shows the defaults in place of
an occurrence's own alerts and refuses `useDefaultAlerts` on a single
occurrence. The series now stops using the defaults first, keeping
the alerts it shows under ids of their own, and then the occurrence's
alerts go out. 0.16.23 showed the edit already and still does.
- The participant limit counts the organizer entry a save adds (live on
1.0: 19 attendees and the organizer are accepted, 20 are refused), so
the editor warned one attendee late. It warns at the limit now, and
the warning and the refusal say the organizer counts, with plural
  forms in every locale.
- Adding or answering an invitation from the mail view, and applying a
proposal, said "could not complete" when the server refused the
event: the import swallowed its SetError. The banner now asks the
import to reject with the refusal and names the participant limit
  like the calendar does.
- A range load that finished after a later one could put back its own
events, range or failure. Only the latest load writes the store, and
a load for an account the user left is dropped.
- A search filter with an OR, a NOT or a condition of several keys next
to its date bounds goes out as it is instead of being expanded, which
  1.0 refuses.
- A time zone setting typed in another letter case ("europe/berlin")
is used as Intl spells it. 1.0 refused it as a query argument, and
0.16 and 1.0 both dropped it from new events, which were stored
  floating.
- A failed save no longer shows the store's English toast next to the
  translated message.
- Tests for a limited read that asks later chunks of a request again
after a refused chunk or a full page.

Linus Rath 65eb4b1029 fix: report failed undo and reschedule with where the mail stands
Several failures around scheduled and undoable sends said the wrong thing
or nothing at all:

- "Undo send failed" also appeared when the cancel went through and only
putting the message back in Drafts failed, suggesting the mail might
still go out. Now that case says the send was cancelled and the message
  is still in Sent (or, for S/MIME, that its copy could not be removed);
a failed cancel keeps the old message.
- "Cancel and edit" had no error handling, so a failure ended as an
unhandled rejection. It now reports a failed cancel and a failed restore
  the same way as undo.
- A failed "Send now" or reschedule at a full submission quota did not say
that the message is still scheduled. It now does, with its time.
- The reschedule retry after making room could send a message twice: the
prune and change-log walk take a while, and the original could go out
meanwhile. The original is read again first and nothing is resubmitted
unless it is still pending ("This message was already sent" otherwise),
and HOLDFOR is worked out again after the slow step.
- The List-Unsubscribe mailto path showed only a generic error at a full
quota; it now shows the quota explanation too.
- The Stalwart explanation of a full quota (Bulwark removed what it
could, an administrator has to raise the limit) was shown for any
server's `overQuota`. It now needs `urn:stalwart:jmap` on the
submission account; other servers get a generic sentence with their
  own description.
- At a full quota every attempt, including each automatic read receipt,
ran the forced prune, the change-log walk and the gets again. When they
find nothing that can go, the account is left alone for five minutes.

Linus Rath 6bd55c9501 fix: export contact photos in batches on Stalwart 1.0
On 1.0 a vCard export sent every blob photo through the avatar download
queue, a burst of 40 and then 6 a second, two at a time: about 160 s for
1000 photos. Avatars and print (which gives up after 5 s) waited behind
it, the Export button showed nothing, and a second click started the
whole export again.

- Export fetches the blob media of all cards with Blob/get
(`data:asBase64`), asking for the sizes first and packing the requests
to about 4 MiB. `urn:ietf:params:jmap:blob` goes into `using` only
when the session advertises it; without it, or when a request is
refused, the rest is downloaded one by one behind avatars and print,
which keep half of the download burst for themselves.
- The export buttons in the settings, the bulk bar, the context menu and
the detail menu show that an export is running and ignore clicks until
  it is done.
- When the photo changes, the form rebuilds `media` on the card as the
server has it now. A logo or sound blobId from the list's older copy
made 1.0 refuse the whole update ("The following blobIds do not exist
  or are not accessible").
- A new photo takes the key, place, `pref`, `label` and `contexts` of the
one it replaces, so it stays the photo shown on cards with several.
Removing the photo removes every photo the card had instead of only the
shown one, which brought up the next; logos and sounds stay.
- A card whose login has no client downloads nothing, instead of asking
the active login's server and remembering the refusal for two minutes.
- Photo downloads run at half the server's `maxConcurrentRequests`
  instead of a fixed two.
- `invalidProperties` naming `media/...` also counts as a refused blobId
in media, not only `media` itself.

Linus Rath 60c2dbdcb4 fix: reload a failed calendar range and expand multi-word event searches
Four smaller calendar fixes found in review of the Stalwart 1.0 work.

- A range load that failed left `dateRange` on the range loaded before,
so a push or a pull-to-refresh reloaded that one instead of the range
on screen, and any action that reset `error` hid the "may be out of
date" notice. The store now takes the range asked for and keeps the
failure in `eventsLoadError`, which only a successful range load
  clears.
- The agenda plugin's expanded query had no sort, so its limit could
keep later occurrences instead of the next ones. It now sorts by
start, looks less far ahead when the server refuses the range as too
  long (`expandDurationTooLarge`, an administrator's shorter
`maxExpandedQueryDuration`) instead of answering 502, and sends its
  gets several per request.
- With a limit (search, contact activity) the chunks of a long range
went out one request each. Up to four now share a request, and what
the later ones return past the limit is dropped. Global search passes
its AbortSignal down, so a replaced search stops between requests.
- A search of several words sends its date bounds as conditions of a
flat AND. The client did not see them as a range: it neither expanded
recurrences nor turned the UTC bounds into the request's wall clock,
so such a search found series instead of occurrences, over a range
shifted by the zone's offset. The bounds are now lifted out of the
AND, converted and chunked, and each chunk keeps one flat AND of
single conditions - the shape 1.0 expands; it refuses an AND holding
  a condition with both bounds.

Linus Rath 9041cbcd08 fix: keep iCal subscriptions on refresh, rename calendars of any colour
- send a calendar's colour only when the user changed it: Stalwart 1.0
accepts only #rgb, #rrggbb or a CSS name, so renaming a calendar that
another client coloured with an 8-digit hex (Apple Calendar) failed
- "Refresh cached data" kept nothing of the calendar store's persisted
state, so it deleted the user's iCal subscriptions, which exist only
there; keep them and drop the rest
- show a notice with a retry when the task list fails to load; it keeps
  the tasks it had
- treat a method-level error on creating a task as a failure with its
JMAP type instead of "no id returned"

Linus Rath 81b196a6ca fix: explain Stalwart 1.0's participant limit on events
Stalwart 1.0 enforces maxParticipantsPerEvent (20 by default) on every
CalendarEvent create and update, answers to invitations included, and
refuses anything over it with invalidProperties "An event cannot have
more than 20 participants.". 0.16 advertises the same value but never
enforced it. Creating, editing, moving or answering a bigger meeting
failed with a generic "Failed to save event".

- read the limit from the calendars account capability and warn in the
event editor when the attendees go over it, without blocking the save
- name the limit, and that an administrator can raise it, when the
server refuses a create, edit, move, resize or answer for it, in the
calendar and in the invitation banner
- keep the SetError type on refused event creates and updates

Linus Rath 5b0988cb54 fix: send from your own address by default when Stalwart 1.0 lists a group's first
For members of a group, Stalwart 1.0 lists the group's identity (for
example `team@example.org`) before the user's own. The identity sort
put the identity matching the login first, but compared addresses
case-sensitively, so a login typed as `UserA@Example.org` defaulted to
the group address. The identity manager kept its own copy of the same
sort.

Both now use one sort that compares addresses regardless of case, and
with an internationalized domain in either its Unicode or its `xn--`
form.

Linus Rath d7004b3851 fix: report refused tags and keep Stalwart 1.0's attachment keywords intact
Stalwart 1.0 puts `$hasattachment` or `$hasnoattachment` on every
message and derives `hasAttachment` from them alone. It also refuses
keywords over 128 bytes (0.16 cuts them to 128 characters) and more than
100 keywords on one message. The keyword writers ignored Email/set
`notUpdated`, so a refused tag showed until the next reload and then
vanished.

- `markAsRead`, `batchMarkAsRead`, `toggleStar`, `updateEmailKeywords`,
  `setKeyword`, `removeKeyword` and `batchUpdateKeywords` check the
Email/set outcome, and the errors carry the JMAP type. Tagging from
the list or the viewer shows "Tagging failed"; a refused category-tab
move rejects the plugin's promise and skips the categorize hooks.
- Tag ids are capped at 121 characters (128 bytes with `$label:`).
- The attachment keywords are hidden in view source, the plugin
projection and the `getKeywords` fallback labels, reserved for
category tabs, and refused by the plugin keyword API. Email/copy and
the cross-server import still carry them over.
- A tag comes off by leaving its key out of the full keyword map instead
  of being sent as false, which RFC 8621 does not allow;
`updateEmailKeywords` also drops the false entries local updates leave
behind (`$seen: false` after marking unread).
- The automatic mark-as-read no longer leaves an unhandled rejection
  when the server refuses it.

Linus Rath 239e6563f4 fix: keep requests away from Stalwart 1.0's unfinished JMAP Metadata
Stalwart 1.0 advertises `urn:ietf:params:jmap:metadata` by default, but
its handlers are still `todo!()`: a get that selects `metadata` or
`privateMetadata`, a /changes call with `ignoreMetadataOnlyChanges`, or
an Email/query filter such as `metadataExists` panics the request on the
server.

- Mailbox/get and SieveScript/get ask for explicit RFC property lists
(the same as today's 0.16 and 1.0 defaults) instead of none, so a
later default that includes metadata cannot reach them.
- Plugin category tabs (`tabs.set`) reject JMAP Metadata filter
conditions at any depth; the tab query went to Email/query verbatim.
- A test checks the requests the client builds, and the request-building
sources, for metadata properties, the /changes argument and the
  capability.

Linus Rath e712454ec2 fix: store awkward file names and explain file errors on Stalwart 1.0
Stalwart 1.0 checks names more strictly than its capability says: a
reserved name may not be the stem either (`con.txt`, `Aux.tar.gz`), and
control characters are refused (macOS `Icon\r`). Names over 255 bytes
of UTF-8 were never accepted. Uploaded names are now made acceptable
before they are sent: control characters become "_", a reserved stem
gets "_" after it (`con.txt` becomes `con_.txt`), and a long name is
shortened, keeping its extension. The rename and new-folder dialogs
refuse such names with their own messages. The rules apply wherever the
server publishes naming rules, so 0.16.6 to 0.16.23 get `con_.txt` too.

One refused file used to abort a whole upload. Uploads now go on and
report the files that failed at the end, and a folder upload skips the
contents of a folder it could not create instead of dropping them into
the folder the upload started in. What would sit deeper than 1.0's
`maxFileNodeDepth` (64) is left out before it is uploaded, and a folder
copy that would go past it fails before the first create.

File errors keep their JMAP type, and the Files toasts now say why an
action failed: too many files or folders (`overQuota`), folders nested
too deeply, a refused name, missing rights, or a file too large. New
and copied files get a bare lowercase media type, which 1.0 requires.

Linus Rath 92de8e99bd fix: show Stalwart 1.0 symlinks as links instead of empty folders
Bulwark counted a FileNode as a folder when it had no blobId. Stalwart
1.0 adds symlinks, which have no blob either, so they showed up as
empty folders that could be opened, and folder copies recreated them
as such. Listings now ask for `nodeType` (returned since 0.16.6) and a
single helper, `fileNodeKind()`, decides what a node is in the Files
store, the copy code and the global search, falling back to the blobId
rule when `nodeType` is missing. `nodeType` is never sent in
FileNode/set.

A symlink is shown as an inert row with a link icon. It can be renamed,
moved and deleted, but not opened, previewed, downloaded, copied or
shared, and folder copies skip it.

Linus Rath a7c2e531c7 fix: show shared folders under "Shared with me", not the owner's parents
Stalwart 1.0 lists the folders above a node shared with the user, so
the tree can be walked down to it, but without dates and with every
right false. Bulwark took the owner's top folder for the shared root:
the folder that was actually shared sat several levels further down,
and rename, delete and move were offered on folders where they could
only fail.

Nodes of other accounts with no `modified`, no `created` and no rights
are now marked as placeholders. They are left out of the shared roots,
of shared-drive listings and of search hits; search still uses them to
show the path of a hit below them. 0.16 always returns `modified`, so
nothing changes there.
2026-09-25 18:34:21 +02:00
Linus Rath 1cf9944b53 fix: keep the date of edited documents and open them in shared drives
Stalwart 1.0 treats a FileNode's `modified` as the client's: a content
update leaves it alone unless the patch asks for it. Saves from the
document editor therefore kept the old date in the file list, and the
editor's conflict check (409 with COOLStatusCode 1010) never noticed a
change made by another JMAP client. PutFile now sends `modified: null`,
which has the server stamp the save. 1.0 echoes the new time in
`updated`; 0.16.6+ answer `null` as before and the batched FileNode/get
reads it.

The editor also could not open a file in someone else's shared drive,
on any version: the Files app sent the listing's "<owner>:<id>" id for
the user's own account, and the launch failed with a 404. It now names
the owner's account and the node's own id, so owner and sharee join
the same editor session. A save uploads into the user's own account
and then points the owner's node at that blob, because Stalwart only
lets members of an account use a blob uploaded into it. The access
token carries that upload account; tokens minted before it upload into
the document's account as before.

The editor now also uses the cookie slot of the login the Pro shell is
browsing, not always the active one.

Linus Rath 5967a1c489 fix: find results when a search mixes quoted phrases with other words
Stalwart 1.0 reads a text filter value that starts and ends with a
quote as one exact phrase, and a value ending in `*` as one prefix over
the whole string, not split into words and capped at 16 bytes. Every
search path sent the typed input as one `text` value, so on 1.0
`"annual report" 2024 "draft"` became a single four-word phrase and
`project budg*` a prefix containing a space: both found nothing.
`"Q3 planning" budget` lost its phrase on every version.

`splitSearchText` (`lib/jmap/search-utils.ts`) now sends each quoted
phrase and each `word*` as a condition of its own, ANDed with the rest.
The remaining words stay one condition, so a query without quotes or
stars goes out as before. Outer single quotes are stripped from that
part, since 1.0 reads them as a phrase too. The split applies to:
- the search bar, tag views, cross-account and all-folders search;
- advanced search, including the from/to/subject/body fields;
- contact search;
- global search for mail, contacts and calendar.

`inMailbox` and the calendar bounds sit next to the text conditions in
one AND, with one key per condition: Stalwart rejects an operator that
also carries property keys, and 1.0 allows only one AND group when it
expands recurrences.

SearchSnippet/get switches the whole request to exact matching once a
term is quoted, which marks nothing for a phrase ANDed with other
words, so the snippet filter unquotes phrases.

On 1.0 and on external search backends each phrase is now a real
phrase. The 0.16 built-in index reads it as an AND of its words,
without stemming. The dev mock and the demo client now evaluate AND
filters and quoted phrases, so they keep working with the new shapes.

Linus Rath 6152e45b88 fix: explain sharing and free/busy when Stalwart 1.0 keeps its directory closed
Stalwart 1.0 refuses Principal/query and Principal/getAvailability with
`forbidden` unless the administrator allows directory queries, which is
off by default. `getPrincipals` turned that into an empty list with no
signal: the share dialog said "No other users or groups found", existing
shares showed bare ids, and free/busy called every attendee "Not a user
on this server".

- `listPrincipals` says whether the listing is complete, `restricted`
or failed. On `forbidden` it falls back to Principal/get without ids,
which 1.0 still answers with the user's own account, their groups and
the accounts that shared something with them.
- Principal/get asks for `id`, `type`, `name`, `description` and
  `email` only; 1.0's default list adds `capabilities` and `accounts`.
- One listing per client, kept for five minutes, serves the share
dialog, recipient autocomplete and free/busy, which used to download
  the directory three times.
- The share dialog explains a restricted directory while still offering
its candidates, says when the list failed to load, and shows "Unknown
user" with the id for sharees it can't name.
- Free/busy first reads `mayGetAvailability` from the user's own
principal and stays hidden when it is false or a lookup is refused
with `forbidden`. "Not a user on this server" now needs a complete
listing; failures and `rateLimit` show "Couldn't check".

On 0.16 with the default roles the listing is complete and the dialog
behaves as before.

Linus Rath 990c5e0f77 fix: edit or answer one occurrence of a series on Stalwart 1.0
Stalwart 1.0 refuses series properties such as privacy and the
organizer on a single occurrence unless they repeat the series' value,
and refuses them inside a recurrence override on the base event. The
event modal sent privacy "public" on every save, so editing one
occurrence of a series without CLASS failed, and so did every change to
an occurrence the browser expanded.

- leave series and per-event keys out of changes to one occurrence
- write base-event overrides as before and, if the server refuses
series keys there, repeat the write once without them and remember
  that
- stop resetting status, free/busy and privacy when an event is edited

Linus Rath c23e306789 fix: show and keep contact photos on Stalwart 1.0
Stalwart 1.0 returns every photo, logo and sound in a contact card as a
blobId without a uri, including every photo Bulwark saved as a data:
URI. Bulwark read only `uri`, so avatars, the contact list and detail,
print, vCard export and the "has photo" filter showed nothing, and the
form sent `media` without the photo on every save, so editing a phone
number deleted the photo on the server.

- `ContactMedia` carries `blobId`, `label`, `pref` and `contexts`; `uri`
is optional, and `getContactPhotoRef`/`hasContactPhoto` read both.
- Blob photos are downloaded once each, at most two at a time and at a
paced rate, only while on screen, into an LRU of object URLs revoked
on eviction, account switch and logout. They share Stalwart's
per-account budget of 4 concurrent requests and 1000 a minute.
- Avatars look senders up in an index built once per contact list.
- The form leaves `media` out unless the photo changed, and otherwise
passes the other entries through as the server returned them.
- A new photo is uploaded into the user's own account and sent as a
blobId where the blob capability lists ContactCard (1.0). 0.16 refuses
blobIds in media and keeps getting a data: URI; a refusal at runtime
falls back the same way for the rest of the session.
- Print and vCard export download blob media first; duplicate and
cross-account move send the bytes instead of the source's blobIds.
- vCard export also writes photos whose data: URI names no media type
(`data:;base64,`, `data:base64,`), which it dropped before.

Linus Rath 483821706d fix: keep sending working past Stalwart 1.0's submission limit
Stalwart 1.0 counts every EmailSubmission record of an account against
`maxSubmissions` (500 by default), whatever its status or age, and its
own purge of old records never runs. Bulwark never destroyed a
submission, so after about 500 JMAP sends an account could not send at
all: every send, read receipt and reschedule failed with a raw "There
are too many email submissions" error, and each failed attempt left one
more copy of the message in Drafts.

Bulwark now removes the records that can no longer be cancelled.
Destroying a record never stops its delivery, but a pending one could
no longer be cancelled, so pending records are never touched:
- an immediate send (no hold, no undo window) destroys its own record
right after the send, riding along with the old-draft cleanup; only
where `urn:stalwart:jmap` is advertised, and never decided by the
created `undoStatus`, which 0.16.10-0.16.16 report as final for held
  sends
- a throttled background prune destroys canceled records and final
records whose `sendAt` has passed, going by `EmailSubmission/get`, in
every submission account; it runs at startup, after sends, after
undo and on EmailSubmission state changes
- a confirmed cancel (undo, cancel, reschedule) destroys the canceled
record in a request of its own
- an `overQuota` on a submission create prunes at once, on Stalwart
walks the change log for records older than the query's three-day
window, retries once, and otherwise throws `SubmissionQuotaError`,
shown as a translated explanation in the composer, quick reply, read
  receipts and the scheduled-send actions

Failed sends now clean up after themselves and say so:
- a failed send removes the Drafts copy it created and keeps the
user's draft; the raw send paths remove their import the same way
- a read receipt that did not go out is taken back out of Sent, a
method-level error counts as a failure, `$MDNSent` is only set after
a sent receipt, and the automatic receipt no longer retries on every
  refresh of the open message
- quick-reply failures, "Send now", "Reschedule" and a failed undo are
  shown instead of only logged
- the scheduled list reads every page of `EmailSubmission/query`; it
stopped after the first because `total` needs `calculateTotal`

Linus Rath 8db65135c6 fix: load calendar events and tasks on Stalwart 1.0
Stalwart 1.0 refuses a CalendarEvent/get that asks for
recurrenceOverrides together with utcStart or utcEnd, and every calendar
read did. The grid, tasks, reminders, search, contact activity and the
agenda plugin came back empty with no error, and creating an event or
task threw after the server had created it, so a retry made a
duplicate.

- read overrides with a second get in the same request, only where
  they are needed
- treat an error answer to a get or query as a failure; the calendar
keeps the last events and says it could not load them, with a retry
- never throw after the server created an event or task
- let the server expand series for /api/calendar-agenda

Stalwart rejects a whole ContactCard over one property it does not
know, and several reached it:

- the form sent `calendarUri`, `schedulingUri` and `freeBusyUri`,
so any contact with a calendar, scheduling or free/busy link failed
  to save ("Invalid property.")
- vCard import sent `source`, and Pro mode left `localAccountId` on
  the card
- vCard import wrote addresses as flat `street`/`locality` fields
  instead of RFC 9553 `components`

The card now passes through `lib/jmap/contact-wire.ts` on its way to
the server: client-only fields are dropped, the links are written as
`calendars` / `schedulingAddresses` (and SOURCE as a `directories`
entry), flat addresses become components, and reads map the links back
for the form and detail view.

Clearing a field (nickname, notes, a link) never reached the server:
the form set it to `undefined`, which JSON drops, and an omitted
property keeps its value. Updates now send `null` for cleared keys.

Deleting an address book that still held contacts always failed with
`addressBookHasContents`. The delete now passes
`onDestroyRemoveContents`, which the confirm dialog already promised.

Linus Rath 91a1b1cb51 fix: let non-admin users see their name and change a TOTP password
Bulwark read the live display name (#900) and the account profile with
`x:Account/get`, which Stalwart only allows for admins. Every other
user got `forbidden`, so the settings page showed no name and the
identity kept the stale snapshot. The name now comes from
`x:AccountSettings/get`, the account's own settings object; aliases
and quota still use `x:Account/get` where it is permitted.

With TOTP on, Stalwart requires the current code for a password change
and for switching TOTP off ("Current OTP code is required"). Neither
dialog asked for it. Both now do, and the password change sends it as
the `otpAuth/otpCode` patch, because a whole `otpAuth` object would
reset `otpUrl` and turn TOTP off.

Saving the display name also ignored a `notUpdated` answer and showed
success.

Linus Rath dadfb08f9c fix: keep filter flags and folder targets when mail is moved
The Sieve generator wrote actions in the order they were picked in the
rule editor. `fileinto` stores the flags set at that moment, so "mark
read", "star" or "add label" placed after a move never reached the
moved message. Flag actions are now emitted first.

Moves and copies also targeted the folder by path only. Renaming the
folder silently sent the rule's mail to Inbox. Rules now store the
folder id and emit `fileinto :mailboxid "<id>" "<path>"` when the
server lists `mailboxid` (declaring `mailbox` too, which Stalwart
requires), with the path as the fallback. Saving a rule refreshes the
path from the id, so existing rules pick up the id on their next save.

Forward actions get a "Keep a copy" option (`redirect :copy`), and the
editor honours the server's `maxNumberRedirects` (1 on Stalwart):
forward is disabled once the limit is used up, with a hint when
existing rules already exceed it, because the server skips extra
redirects without telling anyone.

Linus Rath 198a3c0d61 fix: keep mail filters running while the auto-reply is on
Stalwart allows one active Sieve script and turns the auto-reply on by
activating its own `vacation` script. Turning the auto-reply on switched
every Bulwark filter off (including junk and folder rules), and saving
any filter switched the auto-reply off again.

When the vacation script takes over from an existing filters script,
the filters script is now re-activated with
`include :personal :optional "vacation"`, so the server-built reply
(with its date window and HTML body) runs from there. Turning the
auto-reply off drops the include again. A filters save while the
vacation script is active keeps it through the same include, and the
vacation settings read the include as "on", because
VacationResponse.isEnabled reports false in that state.

Clients that only look at VacationResponse (Stalwart's web UI, phones)
still show the auto-reply as off while the include is active.

Patrick Rotter 90a6c0cb1d fix: a search inside a tag view narrows the tag instead of replacing it
Selecting a tag does not clear an active search: `handleTagSelect` leaves
`searchQuery`/`searchFilters` alone and `selectKeyword` leaves
`selectedMailbox`, so a tag view and a search are active together. The
paths then disagreed about which one wins:

fetchEmails / refreshCurrentMailbox → `selectedKeyword` first, so the
    tag fan-out ran and the query was dropped;
searchEmails / advancedSearch / loadMoreEmails → the search first, so
since #1082 the all-folders fan-out ran and the tag was dropped.

Both orders are defensible on their own; having both is not. A
push-triggered refresh silently replaced a search result list with the
whole tag, and "load more" appended rows the tag does not contain — the
same class of inconsistency #1082 set out to remove between a search and
its own next page.

Resolve it the way the codebase already documents ("a tag view takes
precedence over the selected folder"), and keep the query: a search inside
a tag view now narrows the tag, in all five paths. `fetchTagEmails` grows
an optional `extraFilter`, which `getEmails` already accepts alongside
`hasKeyword` — the same argument the message-list category tabs use — so
no new query plumbing is needed.

Searching within the tag is also the more useful reading: a tag view is a
list the user deliberately opened, and a search box above it reads as
"within this", not "forget this".

Patrick Rotter 74f9b63f2c fix: drop a search folder scope that belongs to the account being left
`selectAccountMailbox` switches the viewed account but kept
`searchMailboxId`, which names a folder of the account being left.

Since #1082 that scope resolves against `resolveActionMailboxes()`, which
now returns the NEW account's mailbox list, so the id no longer matches
anything. `searchEmails` / `advancedSearch` then take the picked-folder
branch with `mailbox === undefined`, fall back to `jmapMailboxId =
searchMailboxId` and `accountId = undefined`, and query a foreign folder
id against the wrong account — which comes back empty.

It is invisible in the UI: the <select> binds `value={searchMailboxId}`
and has no matching <option>, so a native select renders the first one and
the dropdown reads "All folders" while the store still holds the stale id.
The user sees an empty result list for a search they believe is unscoped.

Reset it on the account switch, so the scope always matches what the
dropdown shows.

lucamzanon 5b63993bfe fix: scope thread identity to the owning account in unified views #1012
JMAP thread ids are only unique within their account - Stalwart hands out
per-account counters such as "b" - so the cross-account views merged
unrelated conversations that happened to share an id, and every
client-side thread map (expansion, cache, loading flag, counts,
virtualizer key) mixed them up the same way.

Give ThreadGroup an account-scoped `threadKey` derived from the email's
source stamps and key grouping and all thread state by it. `threadId`
stays the raw id for Thread/get, which #281 already routes to the owning
account. fetchThreadEmailCounts now asks each source account for its own
threads instead of one client for every id. Single-account views carry no
stamps, so their key is the bare id and nothing changes there.

dealerweb 1fa4915517 fix: recognise a refused principal read by its JMAP error type
Non-admins usually may not read their own Account object (no
sysAccountGet), and fetchPrincipal was written to treat that as the
normal case. It only matched the word "forbidden" in the message, though,
while Stalwart answers with a `forbidden` method error whose description
reads "You are not authorized to perform this action" - so every calendar
load still logged an error and left an error message in the store.

Classify by the method error type (and HTTP 403), keep the wording checks
as fallback, and log the refusal at debug level only.
