Linus Rath e60840c0e6 fix(files): say the upload was canceled instead of counting it as done
Cancelling an upload ended the loop like a normal finish, and the Files
app then reported every picked file as uploaded. Uploads now return how
many files went up and whether they were cancelled, so a cancel shows
"Upload canceled" (with the count of files that made it, if any).

Folder uploads also passed no cancel signal or progress callback to the
blob upload, so Cancel did not stop the file in flight and the progress
line stood still; they now behave like file uploads.

Linus Rath 4ba39cef0e feat(files): rework the Files app layout and interactions
The Files app had two layouts (folders inline or in a tree), a back bar
and a permanent warning above the list, a toolbar of ten unlabelled
icons, and a Recent list whose entries did nothing. In the tree layout
folders could not be renamed or deleted at all, and the default view,
default sort and hidden-files settings were ignored.

It now follows the contacts and calendar layout:

- a full-height sidebar with a "+" New menu, My files with the folder
tree, Starred, Recent and Shared with me; folders accept dropped items
- a header with collapsing breadcrumbs (also drop targets), search, sort,
list/grid switch and a details toggle; selecting items swaps it for an
  action bar
- list rows open from the name and select from the row, with hover
actions; the grid shows folders as chips and files as cards with
  lazy, cached thumbnails
- a details panel for the selection or the current folder, empty-folder
and no-results states, a floating upload card, a dismissible
stability warning, and keyboard navigation with the arrow keys
- touch: tap opens, long-press selects, a "+" button in narrow panes

The tree is built from the listing the store already fetches instead of
one full fetch per folder, so it is current after every change. Recent
files open in their folder, and the settings for view, sort, hidden
files and icons now apply. The inline/sidebar setting is gone.

Linus Rath 7cbd33dbc8 fix: act on the ticked account's mail in batch actions #1061
Batch delete grouped the selection by bare email id, so with the same
id in two accounts, permanent-deleting B's row destroyed A's message
and left B's alone. Copy had the same lookup and went out through the
wrong account.

- resolve the selection to email objects by key, including ticked
members of an expanded thread that are not list rows
- delete, move, mark read, tag and copy group by those objects
- rows, thread checkboxes, drag and drop compare by key, so ticked
rows show as checked in unified and tag views
- the Mountain View toolbar uses the same resolver

Linus Rath 5f749fea63 fix: sign out of one account without dropping the others #1201
Logout switched to the first account in the list. After a restore that
is often an account still waiting for sign-in, which has no client, so
logout took the full sign-out path and dropped every account. It now
switches to the first account that is connected.

Boot also counted waiting accounts when deciding whether any account
could be restored, so a reload with only waiting accounts left showed a
connection error instead of the login page.

lucamzanon 9560a8b74f feat: optional encrypted backup of the account list
Users with several accounts can save the list of accounts in their browser
(address, server, label, colour) on the webmail server and bring it back on
another device. The list is encrypted in the browser with a password the user
chooses (PBKDF2-SHA-256, 600,000 iterations, AES-256-GCM, owner bound as
additional data); the server stores only the envelope, one file per owner
under SETTINGS_DATA_DIR/account-archives. No mailbox passwords are included.

Off by default behind the admin feature gate accountArchiveEnabled, pinned
off in Lite. Every method of /api/account-archive needs a session cookie of
the owner, matched without regard to case, whose credential is checked
against the mail server on each call; listing included.

Restored accounts this browser lacks are listed as awaiting sign-in: they
survive a reload, and opening one leads to the sign-in form with the address
filled in. Accounts already present get their archived label and colour.

lucamzanon 250df2bb61 perf(mail): open a visited folder at once and load it behind its rows
Switching folders kept the previous folder's mail under a spinner until
the new page arrived, and a failed load emptied the folder.

The store now remembers the first page of each plain folder it showed
(in memory, 30 folders, keyed by login, shared owner, folder, category
filter and sort). Opening a remembered folder paints those rows straight
away and fetches in the background; the fresh page replaces them, and a
failure leaves them up with the error. What happens to the list on screen
- a message read, archived, deleted - is remembered with it.

sudandClaude Fable 5.1 45c7e2c360 fix: create the Archive folder on first use when the account has none
Stalwart's default folder set has no archive-role mailbox, so on a fresh
account Archive did nothing but raise the not-found toast (#578). Both
archive paths now go through ensureArchiveMailbox(), which creates
"Archive" with the archive role in the account the action targets (own,
the selected shared folder's owner, or the pinned account in unified
view), reloads the mailbox list and continues with the store's own
object. createMailbox() takes an optional role for this. A refused
creation or a folder that does not come back still surfaces as an error.

lucamzanon d632956231 feat: add Mountain View, an optional alternative layout
Add an "Interface layout" setting at the top of Settings > Layout with two
options, Default and Mountain View. Default is the existing layout and stays
the default, so nothing changes unless a user opts in.

Mountain View rearranges the chrome while keeping the theme's colours, icons
and type:

- desktop: a top bar with a wide search field (filters drop from the field),
an apps grid and the account avatar instead of the left app rail; flat
navigation with Starred under Inbox and the rest behind "More"; a Compose
pill; one list toolbar with select-all, refresh, overflow menu, a 1-N of
total range and the batch actions; rows led by a checkbox and a star; an
icon-only message toolbar with Reply / Reply all / Forward under the
message; compose in a docked window; an account popover with per-account
unread counts; j/k cursor, x to select and g-sequences
- phone: rounded search header, compact rows with the star on the preview
line, and Reply / Reply all / Forward at the end of a message instead of
  the bottom action bar

It is one setting (`interfaceLayout`), written to a data attribute on <html>
that keys a block of CSS tokens in globals.css, plus a few components gated
on the flag. The mail layout in force is derived (effectiveMailLayout), so
the user's saved mail layout is never rewritten. The setting is listed in
the admin policy tab, and the new strings are translated in all locales.

Includes unit tests and a Playwright smoke test against a running instance
(scripts/mountain-view-smoke/).

Linus Rath 1c1bfb0ce8 fix: explain a refused token exchange instead of asking for Basic auth on a TOTP login
When Stalwart accepted the password and code but refused to issue
tokens (in Lite: `invalid_client` for an OAuth client with a secret),
login retried `password$totp` over Basic. Stalwart 0.16+ rejects that, so
the browser showed its own Basic-auth dialog and the login page then
reported a wrong code. The login now stops with a message pointing at
the OAuth client settings. Password-only logins keep the Basic fallback.

Linus Rath 64b39c504a fix: open the inbox instead of the last folder when the app starts
The boot snapshot restored the last plain folder that was open, and
unified views are never written to it. A session that touched Trash and
then moved to the unified inbox therefore opened Trash on every visit to
`/`. A plain visit now starts in the account's own inbox and drops rows
cached for another folder; reloading a `/mail/folder/...` link still
continues in that folder.

dealerweb f5fb7f9db9 feat: out of office forwarding and recipients, filter rule periods
Filter rules can be limited to a period: the rule dialog takes a start
and an end on the user's clock, the rule list shows whether a rule is
planned, active or expired, and the script tests the moment of
delivery with RFC 5260 currentdate in UTC. A rule is never written
without its period.

The vacation card becomes an out of office page: the period on top,
then the automatic reply and forwarding, each with its own switch.
Forwarding runs with or without the auto-reply, within the period,
never for spam, and keeps a copy here or not. Against the server's
redirect limit it counts as a rule ahead of all others, one that stops
the message unless it keeps a copy. The auto-reply can go to
internal or external senders only, told apart by the envelope sender
against the account's own domains. Both run from the filters script
that includes Stalwart's vacation script, which is put back in charge
when the server's own script takes over.

A script that uses any of this says metadata version 2, which older
builds leave alone instead of writing it back without these fields.

Linus Rath 71a1fad77b fix: keep a copied message's original date in the other account #1150
A copy between logins goes through `Email/import`, which sent no
`receivedAt`, so the server stamped the import time and every copied
message landed at the top of the destination folder as today's mail.
`importRawEmail` now takes the original `receivedAt` (the same change
#1151 carries), and the cross-account copy and move pass it.

lucamzanon f02dbf3a40 feat: copy messages to a folder of another connected account
With several accounts connected, mail could only be moved between
them (drag to another account's folder). There was no way to file a
copy in another account and keep the original where it is.

crossAccountMoveEmails and copyEmailAcrossAccounts take an optional
`{ keepOriginal: true }`. With it the source message is not destroyed,
and the store leaves the list, the open message and the selection as
they are; only the destination's folders are refreshed. Without it
nothing changes.

The message menu gets "Copy to account..." when more than one account
is connected. It lists the writable folders of the other accounts
(their folder lists are fetched when the menu opens) and copies the
selection, or the message the menu was opened on, through the new
copyEmailsToAccount action. That groups the messages by the login and
JMAP account they live in and refuses a copy into the account a
message is already in.

lucamzanon 7739f1aaaa fix(settings): keep the merged mailbox when switching to another account
Switching account loads that account's synced settings, and the views
that span every login - the unified mailbox, its cross-account scope and
the All mail / Unread / Starred entries - came along with them. An
account whose stored settings predated the merged mailbox turned it off
as soon as it became active, so the folders of every account were only
visible from the other one.

Once a device holds several logins those views are its own choice and
an account switch leaves them alone. A device's first login still takes
them from the server, and they are still saved with the settings.

Linus Rath 770fb2c84a fix: resolve trash and archive in a background login's own folders #1132
The folder-list cache from #1132 published a reused list only when it
was freshly fetched. When the Pro folder tree had loaded a login first,
the unified build reused that list and never stored it under the
login's JMAP id, so trash and archive for that login's mail were
resolved against the active login's folders until it pushed a change.
A reused list now fills any key nothing has published yet, without
overwriting a live one.

The Pro folder tree also marked a login as loaded before its first
fetch finished and never retried a failure, which left that login's
tree empty until an account switch. A failed load is now retried on
the next run, as the identities hook already does.

Linus Rath bfc8e0e52e fix: show only that folder's unread mail when its unread count is clicked
Clicking a folder's unread count turns on the unread filter and runs
the search. Since the search scope stopped following the open folder
(#788) its default is "all folders", and since #1082 that fans out over
every shared account too, so the Inbox badge listed unread mail from
every folder of every account the login reaches.

The badge now scopes the search to its folder. That scope moves with
the open folder, the way the search itself carries across folders
(#553); picking a scope in the dropdown or clearing the filters stops
it. Clicking the badge from a tag view or the Scheduled list now also
leaves that view, as clicking the folder does.

lucamzanon a578150c2d perf(unified): fetch each login's folders once, all logins at once
The unified scope is rebuilt on every connection while a browser restores
its logins, on every background push, and on every unified browse,
load-more and search - and each build asked every login for its folders
again, one login after the other. With ten logins that was ten full
Mailbox/get per build and well over a hundred in the first seconds, and the
slowest build waited on the sum of every login's round trip.

Fetch the logins in parallel, and fetch each login's list once: a build
shares a fetch that is already in flight and reuses a finished one until
that login reports a change - the push handlers invalidate the login they
hear from, so a background push now costs one Mailbox/get instead of one
per login. A 60 s limit backstops a change whose push was lost.

A reused list is never written back into `accountMailboxes`: optimistic
updates land there directly, and publishing an older list over them would
snap a just-changed counter back.

lucamzanon 1c5dbbcd0b fix: let a link wait for a mailbox that is still reconnecting
A notification tapped with the app closed reopens it on a link that names
its mailbox (`?slot=`). The browser reconnects its logins one at a time,
so that mailbox is often not connected yet when the link is read: with ten
logins, one on the Gmail bridge came back at 3.3 s and the link was judged
at 1.8 s. It was declared unavailable - "sign in to that account to open
this link" - and the app stayed on whichever mailbox was active.

Wait for the login instead, and give up only when it is not one of this
browser's logins, its restore fails, or 20 s go by.
