Linus Rath 801aa51b24 fix: discard a draft with the bin at once and offer Undo ...

The bin no longer asks "Discard draft?". The discard tests now expect no
question: the first one checks the late delete and the Undo instead of
the dialog, and the upload test that cancelled the question is gone,
since there is no question to cancel.
