ibayueandClaude cc64a9871a fix(composer): background-color picker uses the text-color palette ...

The dedicated pastel highlighter palette read washed-out against the
light popover. Use the same 16 TEXT_COLORS swatches, grid and styling
as the text-color picker so the two controls read as siblings (Gmail
does the same for both pickers).
