Trim the migration column comment to four lines, drop four orphaned sqlx cache entries left by the concurrency_first_gated_at transition, revert a stray prettier reflow that rode along in InstanceSetting.svelte, and give ee-repo-ref.txt its trailing newline. Bumps ee-repo-ref to the EE commit adding the monitor-only contract doc on concurrency_gate_alerts.
Windmill Backend
This folder holds all backend components, the src/ folder only contains files used to build the "root" binary.
Components
