The offline cache was regenerated without test targets, so the sqlx::query! calls in jobs_waiting_alerts had no entries and any build under SQLX_OFFLINE failed on them.
Windmill Backend
This folder holds all backend components, the src/ folder only contains files used to build the "root" binary.
Components
