Guilhem LemouelandClaude Opus 5.5 750a926774 fix: flush every code editor through one registry, and name the move in editor tabs ...

- Monaco's Editor registers in pendingEditorFlush next to SimpleEditor,
  and the move drains that registry, so SimpleEditor buffers (step input
  expressions, resource and variable JSON fields) also land before it.
  The separate keystroke registry is gone.
- A flow, script or app editor tab closed for a move says it reopens
  once the move ends, instead of showing the parent's viewer.
