Ruben FiszelandClaude Opus 4.7 1ef458172a fix(indexer): show that writer memory budget defaults to 143 MB of RAM

The "Index writer memory budget" field had a placeholder of 300 with no
helper text, so admins couldn't tell whether 300 MB was a hint or the
actual default, or that the value lives in RAM. The real default is
143 MB (150_000_000 bytes from TantivyIndexerSettings::default), and it
can be overridden via the TANTIVY_INDEX_WRITER_MEMORY_BUDGET__MB env
var.

Make the unit explicit (MB of RAM), align the placeholder with the
backend default, and add a helper line in the same style as the
time-window setting.
