Guilhem LemouelandClaude Opus 5 522e5ce096 Revert "fix: the file sidebar's toggle leaves the band"

This reverts commit 1da8d16740.

A folded file sidebar renders nothing of its own, so the toggle on the bar is the
only way back short of knowing ⌘B.
